Terrible customer care. Didn’t respond to the email even for over 7 working days excluding the weekends.

They don’t send proper documents to postal office, and it was held by customs and returned back to them.

And when I inquired about it, they just decided to be lazy and not investigate the reason for the delay. Straight up ignored/refuses to look in to the reason, told me to contact uk postal service, when it never even got to the uk postal service.

Then they refunded it, but excluding the shipping costs, like it was my fault it got returned. Like how can they charge me shipping for something that never came to. Left a couple of messages and emails and then they did eventually refund the £21.

Yes they charge premium shipping costs but use terrible shipping companies. Terrible customer care , international customers please avoid.

Honestly I was a customer who wanted the product, had they asked me what I wanted to do I would have asked them to resend it, but they didn’t even give me the option.

They have now stopped responding - but I’m yet to see the refund in my bank.

Arrived extremely damaged and unwearable , company did not offer any solution except a shipping label, but i am still of the hook for the original shipping costs ($15). Extremely neglegent company.

I love my bag. It has a ton of pockets and I love the removable laptop sleeve. I actually got rid of mine. My only con is if the bag is not full, it doesn't hold it's shape. But great bag overall. Would purchase again.

I love this bag , use it everyday to go to work . Very spacious and good quality.

I love this bag the only thing I wish it had was a few more pockets so I can put my AirPods, lipgloss in instead of just throwing it in the bottom but still not a deal breaker. I did have an issue with the first bag I received as the stitches fell out but contacted support and they were beyond fantastic and helpful and replaced it no problem. I will be ordering more 100%

I needed a crossover bag for my trip to Europe this summer. This is the perfect bag! It has enough space to hold my necessities like my wallet, sunglasses, makeup and more. Plus, it will keep my belongings safe from pickpocketers. I’m already thinking of purchasing another sidekick in camel. I absolutely love this bag!

This bag is amazing! Everything you need fits in the bag and this bag is fat proof! I always struggle to find a nice/cute crossbody bag but the strap is always to short. Not with this bag because of the extender! You really deserve a big big compliment for this idea and this really nice that the extender is free. You really include everybody with this, I am a big fan!

the SIDEKICK cognac

From my girlfriend: I was given the Sidekick in the colour "Cognac" for my birthday and I'm so happy with this cross body purse! It is so well made! I wanted something compact that holds my wallet, lipstick, lipgloss, sunglasses, keys and my phone. I got the free add-on Extender piece but haven't used it because I like the bag to be above my waist but if you like it to sit low on your waist you could use the Extender. I like to be hands free and not hurting my shoulder so the compact crossbody is great for that. It feels secure from theft because you keep your valuables close to you in front and it can't be grabbed from the side or off your shoulder like a traditional purse. I hook my wallet to the hook strap inside so it can't be taken either. If you are looking for something that will hold a larger wallet or more items than what I listed above, you might want to look into a different style or the large Sidekick. Overall, I think this Canadian company is great and I would love to order other items from them when I need a travel bag or another style of purse etc. 

Love the colour and the size. Will be buying the black as well😊

Was very disappointed. I purchased the bag right before your Black Friday sale (unfort) and it hadnt shipped before the sale started due to a postal strike in Canada. So a lady reached out to me asking for another address besides a PO Box #, so I gave her one (a friends business location I had to ask permission to do). As it was quite delayed at this point in getting shipped from when I purchased it, the sale was well underway at this point. I casually asked her if I could get credit for the sale price since it had not shipped yet amd I just barely missed the sale as is. Not only did I not receive the sale price, she didn’t even write me back to say yay or nay. Very disappointed in this-service and how I narrowly missed out on a $35 savings!!!! At least write me back at the very least and say no!

This beautiful and versatile bag is exactly what I was looking for! Lots of space for organizing all work essentials, including dedicated place for water bottle, removable laptop sleeve with extra pocket for charger and mouse and even a key chain to attach the car keys! Best part is that it can be used as a Travel bag for long haul flights. Highly recommended!

I love my bag! I had 3 separate ones before and now just the one go-getter. My only suggestion would be to move the key holder to the side where the zipper first opens - so you don’t have to unzip the whole bag to get your keys. I don’t carry a laptop yet I always have a few books with me and they fit beautifully. In a crazy chaotic world I love feeling organize with my bag.. my daily life in a bag!!!

I have been dragging my feet on getting a new bag because I just couldn't decide what I wanted. A friend suggested Poppy and Peonies and I am SO GLAD she did! This is the best bag I have ever had and there is a perfect spot for everything. I love the way the bag feels and the shoulder strap is very comfortable, even when my bag is weighted down with my mobile office. Thank you for creating such a beautiful AND functional bag!

This is a lovely bag, but the bottom of my bag is already starting to Frey after light wear.

I really love my backpack, unfortunately it arrived with a hole in the leather on the very front. I immediately contacted customer service, and it’s been over two weeks with no response. Hopefully I hear from them soon after the holidays, and if I do I’ll update this review.

I was debating getting this bag for so long! I looked at countless leather backpacks and none compared to the elegant look or perfect size of the one that Poppy & Peonies has available. I am a law school student and it is the perfect backpack for stylish but functional and carries all my stuff without any issues. I have been using it for a few weeks now and am so happy I made this purchase!

I was eyeing this backpack for a long time and I am so glad that I finally grabbed one for myself. It is a great travel bag, and fits great under the seat on airplanes. It is also stylish work bag to carry things in. I love how versatile is and love the color options!

Great bag for the office it can fit all the essentials. Only thing I would have loved to see is a pen holder.

I have to admit that before i purchased the commuter i was very skeptical. I read a lot of very good and some bad reviews and I wasn’t sure what to expect. My main concerns were durability, width of the straps, and space. So far the bag has proven to be durable and can hold a decent amount of weight! The straps seem thin but they are cushioned and very comfortable so that was a nice surprise (most of the reviews i read online that mentioned the straps said they were too thin but I find them very comfortable.) I do wish that I could properly fit my lunch in the bag but I traded my tupper ware for a large mason jar and I place it in the Stanley cup holder and voila! Problem solved! I hope a year or two from now i still love this bag as much as I do now!!

I already have the Go-getter Tote from P&P but needed something made of more pliable material to be able to fit it within the top case of my Vespa. The backpack is a perfect fit (laid down)! I can easily fit a 13” laptop, notebooks, glasses case, wallet and my lunch in this bag with some room to spare. And to be honest it’s been better for me to wear into the office- distributing the weight of my bag across both shoulders vs. one. Highly recommend this backpack if you’re considering it. For the organization, quality and price - it can’t be beat!

I saw ads online for the bag, and looked into it and decided to get one as it's a Canadian business! I love it! The colour is amazing, it holds everything I need. I am so excited to take it travelling too.

I love the Go Getter. It's my everyday work bag. I am able to fit 2 laptops an ipad and 2 note books with other personal items.

This bag is literally IT! not only is it beautiful, it is so, so functional! The separate laptop sleeve is a hit and the design is well thought through. The material is easily cleaned off with a damp cloth and is durable so far.

I had bought the 2 berry tote . For a friend and my mom and they love it. It's exactly what they needed and was perfect. Thank you for making this purse so convenient!!

I carry this bag every day. The vegan leather is so soft and has held up very well. I love all the compartments for all of my essentials. I can easily find what I need without having to dig through the bottom of the bag. I love the color, perfect neutral for summer. I plan on getting more colors soon!

I ordered the go getter in camel after looking for a work bag that was travel friendly. It took a while to receive but worth the wait. I love the soft vegan leather, the many compartments, zipper and one of my favorite features the outside pocket that unzips to slide on carry on handle. it’s pretty big but still fits comfortably under an airplane seat.

I needed a larger tote to carry my laptop in for work, but didnt want to be carrying around 2 bags. This one is perfect! Holds everything I need for meetings and still can be used for day to day. The pocket for my large water bottle is fantastic. The vegan leather is sturdy, yet still soft. Lots of pockets inside as well, keeps all the little things organized and easily accessible. Great tote bag all around!

I feel 60% more stylish just carrying this bag with me. It fits a tone and I love how versatile it is! Found it was a *tiny* bit oversized for a recent westjet flight as a personal item (about two inches) but I was able to use it without much problem, just don't overstuff it if this is your personal item as it will need to fold a bit to fit under the seats.

Beautiful, thoughtfully designed and super functional. Love everything about it.

Great bag! Very nice style, appearance and soft feel. Alot smaller than expected. It cant hold much but a tiny wallet, keys and an iphone but still great for a small on the go bag!

I’ve only been using it for a few days but I’m the last one in my family to get one and I love it! It’s comfortable across my chest and it’s so nice to have the easy access. It holds less than the purse I had been using but with that being said, it holds the essentials and forces me to not weigh myself down with too many extras. I love it and would love to get it in other colours. But I think I’ll try a different style of Poppy and Peonies next 😊

I bought this as my work bag. I work in healthcare so being able to store alot and be wipeable was a must. Love love love this bag. If I could find a way to have 2 I would. Looks professional and supports a Canadian business, yes please!

This bag not only looks great, its functionality can’t be beat. It holds EVERYTHING (but can get a little heavy because it holds sooooooo much). Agree with other reviewers though - this isn’t dark grey. Definitely more ‘taupe’. I love it so much.

The color is a little darker than I expected. It holds everything I used to carry in my backpack.

This is the perfect bag for me to take to work. It holds my laptop and all my other necessities. The only downside is the bag is super heavy with everything in it but nonetheless still better than bringing multiple bags.

My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that because of the folded way it is shipped mine tends to lean over so much so that I’m worried it won’t hold my Stanley or other bottle upright…. Otherwise it’s amazing!! And so soft and chic!
