I love this bag the only thing I wish it had was a few more pockets so I can put my AirPods, lipgloss in instead of just throwing it in the bottom but still not a deal breaker. I did have an issue with the first bag I received as the stitches fell out but contacted support and they were beyond fantastic and helpful and replaced it no problem. I will be ordering more 100%

I needed a crossover bag for my trip to Europe this summer. This is the perfect bag! It has enough space to hold my necessities like my wallet, sunglasses, makeup and more. Plus, it will keep my belongings safe from pickpocketers. I’m already thinking of purchasing another sidekick in camel. I absolutely love this bag!

This bag is amazing! Everything you need fits in the bag and this bag is fat proof! I always struggle to find a nice/cute crossbody bag but the strap is always to short. Not with this bag because of the extender! You really deserve a big big compliment for this idea and this really nice that the extender is free. You really include everybody with this, I am a big fan!

Cute bag! Just wish I had gone with my gut and gotten the larger size as I have a longer wallet and it’s a struggle to get that, keys, EpiPen, sunglasses and phone in without it barely closing. But that was my fault! It’s definitely a cute bag for grab and go! If you’re on the fence, get the larger size! 🤣

Great size (not too big not too small) and good quality. It was important to me that it had both an inside and outside zipper compartment to fit cards and such. Most of these type of bags are just one big compartment. I’m super happy with the purchase. It was expensive but worth it.

I was going to return the item, but decided to keep instead. I'm not in love with the color, but it will do for the summer. I do wish the "accent details" were silver and not gold as I think gold is over rated. The functionality is good; I do find it a tad "bulky" when across body in the front. Overall - it works and will be good for the summer.

Perfect size, love the key strap inside so that I can always locate them quickly, only thing I wish is that there were more card holders sewn in, but! Guess that's why they have a seperate wallet for that 😊 very happy with my purchase

Love the color. Green is my favorite color. Definitely hit it out of the park with the color and the material and hardware of the bag. The only downside is the strap. The length could definitely use a few more inches and could be a little better made . Definitely will try other products in the future.

I love how both the shoulder and crossbody straps are detachable and the detachable tassle is a fun touch. It holds everything without being bulky. It's comfortable to carry. The key leash is a convenient touch. I get compliments all the time.

I am so happy with my purchase of the Downtown Crossbody purse! It is the perfect size and gives you two options for handles! The packaging itself was very impressive so you know it’s going to be a great bag! I’ve received so many compliments I might have to purchase it in a different colour. My very first purchase but definitely not my last. Obsessed with the color and the quality. One of the best vegan bags I’ve come across. My only thing is as a short girl the crossbody straps are at shortest I can make them and it’s almost still too long.

Not to sound like Goldilocks, but I feel like I have spent my 50 years of life looking for the perfect bag and every bag up to this point has fallen short - too big, too small, too many pockets, not enough pockets, made of murder (leather, ew), boring colors, etc. And then I bought the Downtown Crossbody and I lived happily ever after. No, but seriously. This bag is L-I-F-E. It's sleek and stylish, holds everything I need and doesn't feel stuffed or have too much room leftover. I like that I can activate the bottom zipper to make it a little bigger if I need to and I also like that I can switch out the straps from over arm to crossbody (but I really really really love the over arm strap, it just sits in there so nicely).

I tend to wear a lot of black, so I opted for the Berry color to give me a pop of color and also it made me nostalgic for the Oxblood-colored Doc Martens of the early 90s. Sigh.

I get so many compliments from people when I take it out (which is always now, it's my new fave bag), and I plan to get at least one more color in this style as well as trying other styles since I appreciate the styling and quality of this brand so much. This bag is a must have for every closet!
