Return Policy
At Poppy & Peonies we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however we understand that from time to time you may need to make a return or an exchange. You can return your item(s) for a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of shipment as long as all tags are still attached. We are happy to provide you a refund or store credit within 30 days. We offer a 90 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE. Items that break prior to wear or have any product defects must be reported within 90 days of receipt to qualify for a store credit. Please reach out to customercare@poppyandpeonies.com and allow for 24-48 hours for a response back.
Returns can be sent through your local post office, please note the return shipping is not covered. Items must be returned in original packaging and accompanied with original proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Items that are damaged within transit or missing from the shipment must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement.

PLEASE NOTE THAT USA RETURNS CAN BE VIA USPS AND ALL DUTIES AND TAXES MUST BE PAID BY THE SHIPPER.
All sales items that are discounted by 30% or more are final sale. Any purchases made during an online sample sale or warehouse sale are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Holiday Policy: Purchases made from November 1st to December 24th are eligible for an exchange until January 31st (excludes Black Friday through Cyber Monday Sales).
