Items must have original tags attached, and return requests must be initiated within 30 days of your order’s ship date to be eligible for a return or exchange.

The following Items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Gifts with Purchase
• Original Shipping Charges
• Egift Cards
• Items discounted by 30% or More
• Items that are not purchased directly through our website

Please note that the cost of doing a return and/or exchange is the responsibility of the customer. All orders are shipped from Canada and must be returned to Canada as well. Poppy & Peonies does not cover the cost of doing returns and/or exchanges.
