Orders normally take 1-7 business days to process. This does not include transit time.
We offer tracking on all shipments. You will only receive your tracking once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed so make sure all entered information is accurate before ordering.
All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility. The customer will have to resubmit a new order. Poppy & Peonies will not be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address.
You have a 30 day time period from when you have received your order to contact us at: customercare@poppyandpeonies.com. Any item returned without an RMA form can risk being misplaced and may cause a delay in refunds or exchanges being issued. For returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense.
You will see your refund within 2-5 business days from the processing date. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned.
Price adjustments are permitted only when an item has been marked down on our website. Poppy & Peonies offers a one (1) time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 7 days of the purchase date and your request is made in this period. This excludes items purchased in following conditions: FINAL SALE or with a Promotional/Discount Code. Price adjustments are offered in the form of a store credit only.
To receive a price adjustment for eligible items, please email us with your order number at customercare@poppyandpeonies.com. Once a price adjustment has been applied the item is final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
All full priced items purchased between November 1st and December 24th are eligible for exchange or store credit only, up until January 15th.
No refunds. No returns or exchanges on any sale items as all sale items are marked as FINAL SALE.
