All items must have the original tags attached and must have been purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return or exchange

We do not offer free returns or exchanges but our return portal will provide you with a return label if you are returning from Canada. If your return is from the US or International the return portal will supply the address for your return to be shipped to

Orders take between 1-7 business days to process and you will receive the tracking via email as soon as your order ships. This does not include weekends and holidays. All tracking will be emailed to the email address on the order as soon as it ships

We process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Our customers have a 5 minute window to request an address change and all requests must be sent to customercare@poppyandpeonies.com with the subject line ADDRESS CHANGE. While we do our best to accommodate this we can not guarantee address changes can be made as our warehouse works and ships in real time. Any orders that are returned due to incorrect address will not be refunded the initial shipping cost

Once an order is placed and paid for it unfortunately can not be cancelled

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving your return and can take between 5-7 business days to process on your credit card depending on your financial institution.

All items that are discounted by 30% or more are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange

Price adjustments are offered on items that go on sale within 7 days of purchase. Price adjustments do not apply during the month of November. All price adjustments are issued in the form of a store credit. Please reach out to customercare@poppyandpeonies.com with your order number to receive a price adjustment. 

Due to the digital photography, dye lot variations and minor improvements made to the construction of the product we can not guarantee the color and construction as an exact replica of the product. While we try our best to show our products as accurately as possible, screen images are a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct

In most cases when an item shows as "Sold Out" on our website it will be moved to the coming soon section with an expected restock date. If an item is not available in the coming soon section, this likely means it was a limited edition and/or color that will not be restocked

We offer a 90 day Product Guarantee. Items that break prior to wear or have any defects must be reported within 90 days to qualify for a replacement or store credit. Please email customercare@poppyandpeonies.com

All items purchased between November 1st and December 24th are eligible for return or exchange until January 31st. This excludes items marked down by 30% or more

Discount codes and rewards codes are valid on full priced items only and can not be combined with any other offer
