I love the Commuter Backpack! I have one of the other large totes for the office, but the backpack seems to have more space and/or functionality.

I bought the dark grey commuter during Poppy and Peonies' boxing day sale. The bag did look slightly different in the online photos depending on the lighting but I trusted that it would be dark grey. It is not. It's taupe. I've included a photo of the bag with my tan coat and dark grey dress pants for comparison. The bag clashed quite a bit with my winter jacket and carry-on so I decided to replace it with a black one. When I went through the exchange process online I was charged $15 to replace the "dark grey" bag with the black one. I thought I'd reach out to customer service to confirm the exchange just in case. Turns out that the online exchange process was meaningless. I had just randomly paid them $15. They emailed me telling me that they couldn't receive returns due to the Canada Post strike. Okay, that's fine I said. I can wait to return the bag. Apparently, no I couldn't do that because by the time the bag arrived it would no longer be on sale. Okay, but I had exchanged it for an identical bag during the sale. No, they were going to charge me the difference. How? I don't get it. I've never been charged the difference when exchanging an item because by the time it reached the warehouse it was no longer on sale. They suggested I buy the black one on sale while I still could. They refunded me the $15 and asked me to mail the "grey" bag on my own. Mind you, if I never reached out to them to confirm the exchange what would have happened? Would I have just randomly paid them $15? Please disable online return options that aren't actually available to your customers, and ensure you're describing your bag colours accurately.

I have not received my backpack yet. I got the tote around 12/09. So, right now I want to cancel the backpack for a refund since I have not received it yet.

I absolutely love my backpack! It’s super soft, and it carries literally everything I need for work plus my personal items! I hope it comes in pink one day!

The bag is perfect! I love the designated tumbler spots, especially the one that allows for the handle! Plenty of room for all my work things!

Love the backpack! Love the colour & colour combo with the inside fabric. Because it's square, the zipper isn't easy to do up and requires pinching the fabric to get it closed. But, other than that, I love it!

This is the best backpack I've found that combines both style and function. The sheer amount of space you get with this is really awesome. I just wish the inner pockets, specifically the one with the key string, weren't mesh. Everything gets caught on mesh.. I also wish the straps were a bit more hefty, for the amount of things you can fit in this backpack, the straps should have been designed a bit better to take so much weight.
Also, if you're trying to match another item in grey be aware that the shades might be off (like mine and my tote in the same colour)

I ordered this to accommodate all the things I need to take with me when I'm acting as a judge for artistic swimming (manuals, water bottle, deck shoes etc) and this totally fits the bill! I can fit all my items in and still have room for an extra sweatshirt and snacks. Love that my shoes can go in the bottom pocket and not get everything else wet or dirty.

This bag is adorable and has tons of pockets but the pockets take up most of the space in the bag and the pockets are a bit tight.

I love the look of the backpack. I had been using my son's leftover high school backpack. I would like the back straps to be more adjustable. I think some elastic on the laptop strap would be helpful for those of us with a bigger laptop. (I know my laptop is bigger). Maybe a front zipper pocket too! All nice to have and not necessary. I would recommend this backpack and have been showing it off, The pocket on the bottom is awesome. I keep a spare set of clothes in it!

Very nice bag! It fits a smaller tablet, has plenty of pockets and very roomy to store a lot things. I like that it has a separate bottom compartment like the Voyager bag. Great for shoes, etc. The 'leather' straps and top handle give the bag a nice look and are comfortable to wear and carry.

It’s nice but not a good quality as presented online. The make of it looks cheap. Will not be buying any more from this store.

The backpack design is very good but the material and how it was made is disappointed. The backpack does not have good structure to keep its shape causing to be easily deformed.

Really love this backpack but it was bigger than I expected. I took it to an event anyway (Kia Center in Orlando) and was told that it was indeed bigger than they usually allow.

This backpack is bigger than I expected with lots of interior room to carry essentials plus a rolled up hoodie and more. The two side pockets easily hold 12oz water bottles, and the front pocket is also quite spacious. I gave 4 stars because the inside slide pocket broke along the seams when I tried to open it up. But the pocket is still tight enough to hold receipts. Overall, this backpack is sturdy, functional, visually pleasing, and very comfortable to wear all day at the stadium!

I recently went to a festival. So many people had subpar quality stadium bags. Poppy and Peonies Stadium Backpack was by far the most aesthetically pleasing, functional and was clearly much higher quality.
