If a package is marked as delivered by the courier to the correct address as per the tracking information you receive, Poppy & Peonies cannot accept responsibility for any loss. Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements or refunds for orders confirmed as delivered. We recommend reaching out to the courier directly for further assistance.
In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
