The vegan material is very nice and overall the bag is designed well, however, when I received the Downtown bag in Cognac, I noticed the black piping was missing some of the black colour and the silver underneath was showing, in three different places around the piping. I emailed and was offered a discount to keep the item as is, but I chose to send it back for a replacement to be sent. The replacement had the exact same issue where the colour of the piping was defective in three instances. Almost in the exact same spots. I chose to return the purse for a refund instead of trying a third time for a bag free of quality issues. I also purchased the black version of the Downtown and did not have any issues with that product.
I really like my downtown crossbody bag. It is spacious. The only thing I find is that the excess strap keeps coming out of the little strap that is there to hold it in. I find that I am always pulling it down. Otherwise Fantastic.
