Great bag, a few improvements can be made

Love the mint colour, pockets, and how functional it is. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on this bag. Only 2 things I would suggest:
- 4 metal studs at the bottom of the bag to keep it from getting dirty and to help it stand up more easily
- my outer pocket had a small stitching error - the pink fabric under was caught up and its minor but quality control could be better. However their customer service was great - I emailed a photo and they responded within a few hours and offered a discount refunded to my card.
