Terrible customer care. Didn’t respond to the email even for over 7 working days excluding the weekends.
They don’t send proper documents to postal office, and it was held by customs and returned back to them.
And when I inquired about it, they just decided to be lazy and not investigate the reason for the delay. Straight up ignored/refuses to look in to the reason, told me to contact uk postal service, when it never even got to the uk postal service.
Then they refunded it, but excluding the shipping costs, like it was my fault it got returned. Like how can they charge me shipping for something that never came to. Left a couple of messages and emails and then they did eventually refund the £21.
Yes they charge premium shipping costs but use terrible shipping companies. Terrible customer care , international customers please avoid.
Honestly I was a customer who wanted the product, had they asked me what I wanted to do I would have asked them to resend it, but they didn’t even give me the option.
They have now stopped responding - but I’m yet to see the refund in my bank.
Arrived extremely damaged and unwearable , company did not offer any solution except a shipping label, but i am still of the hook for the original shipping costs ($15). Extremely neglegent company.
Bought this tote as a gift and it was a hit! This bag is beautifully made inside and out! Wonderful product and Canadian company!

Overall , good purchase, love the features , laptop bad is removable which is perfect, but the quality of the vegan leather could be better (its durable but seems slightly cheap), with a laptop in the carrier the waterbottle does have much room , maybe laptop carrier should be a compartment on the outside of the bag leaving nore room inside with the option to put laptop inside as well , LOVE the keychain, overall very happy
This is an amazing bag! It has the right number of pockets. It’s good quality! I love the design and am so very happy with this purchase!
