Beautiful but….

Was very disappointed. I purchased the bag right before your Black Friday sale (unfort) and it hadnt shipped before the sale started due to a postal strike in Canada. So a lady reached out to me asking for another address besides a PO Box #, so I gave her one (a friends business location I had to ask permission to do). As it was quite delayed at this point in getting shipped from when I purchased it, the sale was well underway at this point. I casually asked her if I could get credit for the sale price since it had not shipped yet amd I just barely missed the sale as is. Not only did I not receive the sale price, she didn’t even write me back to say yay or nay. Very disappointed in this-service and how I narrowly missed out on a $35 savings!!!! At least write me back at the very least and say no!

Everything I hoped in terms of features and more than I expected in terms of quality

I love this bag - it is a functional and high quality bag. Well worth the money and I get compliments from everyone who sees it for the 1st time. The vegan leather is starting to soften at this point and this makes me love it even more.

My favorite work bag!

I found this shop on social media when I was looking for a new work bag and I’m so glad I did! The quality is amazing and you get such a functional bag for the price! I use it everyday and I haven’t noticed any immediate wear/tear issues. I would definitely recommend giving this bag a try!
