Terrible customer service

I’ve shopped Poppies and Peonies for years, mostly because I love their products and that they are local. Unfortunately this week I had the misfortune of having to talk to their customer service about an item that was lost in transit. Their response was a lengthy, condescending and dismissive email offering no resolution at all. Essentially, it is a tough shipping season so tough luck. After years of recommending their products to friends and family, I can no longer stand by doing so. I suggest if you make a purchase, do so on a credit card with purchase protection that can help you if the package is lost. This bag was nice, but not worth the time and hassle that went into the next purchase I made and never received. Buyer beware.

Great purchase

Great backpack! Very good quality. It came quickly after I ordered it. Packaging is like nothing out there. It came in a very cute, pink, string cloth bag that can be reused. Bought one backpack for my university daughter and myself. Very stylish, a lot of space for everything! They thought about everything, space for laptop, wallet, phone, keys, water bottles, you name it. Great for travelling too, as it has a belt to attach to the carry on. Amazing! To top all of this, it is made locally, by a woman for women and I love to support our Métis female-founded, cruelty-free, Canadian accessory brand.

LOVE IT!!!
