Terrible customer care. Didn’t respond to the email even for over 7 working days excluding the weekends.

They don’t send proper documents to postal office, and it was held by customs and returned back to them.

And when I inquired about it, they just decided to be lazy and not investigate the reason for the delay. Straight up ignored/refuses to look in to the reason, told me to contact uk postal service, when it never even got to the uk postal service.

Then they refunded it, but excluding the shipping costs, like it was my fault it got returned. Like how can they charge me shipping for something that never came to. Left a couple of messages and emails and then they did eventually refund the £21.

Yes they charge premium shipping costs but use terrible shipping companies. Terrible customer care , international customers please avoid.

Honestly I was a customer who wanted the product, had they asked me what I wanted to do I would have asked them to resend it, but they didn’t even give me the option.

They have now stopped responding - but I’m yet to see the refund in my bank.

Arrived extremely damaged and unwearable , company did not offer any solution except a shipping label, but i am still of the hook for the original shipping costs ($15). Extremely neglegent company.

Not thrilled, when you have to return the product and returning cost half the
Price of the bag.

I’ve been looking for a perfect bag with storage for my laptop and every day accessories. I love all the storage pockets and especially the sleeve for the Stanley. The strap is long enough to wear comfortably over my shoulder. I’m in love with this bag and plan to get another color soon!

I got this bag for my daughter-I -law who is a teacher. She loves it and couldn’t wait to use it for all her school supplies including her laptop and large coffee mug!! So pretty and very classy!

I love this bag the only thing I wish it had was a few more pockets so I can put my AirPods, lipgloss in instead of just throwing it in the bottom but still not a deal breaker. I did have an issue with the first bag I received as the stitches fell out but contacted support and they were beyond fantastic and helpful and replaced it no problem. I will be ordering more 100%

I needed a crossover bag for my trip to Europe this summer. This is the perfect bag! It has enough space to hold my necessities like my wallet, sunglasses, makeup and more. Plus, it will keep my belongings safe from pickpocketers. I’m already thinking of purchasing another sidekick in camel. I absolutely love this bag!

This bag is amazing! Everything you need fits in the bag and this bag is fat proof! I always struggle to find a nice/cute crossbody bag but the strap is always to short. Not with this bag because of the extender! You really deserve a big big compliment for this idea and this really nice that the extender is free. You really include everybody with this, I am a big fan!

Cute bag! Just wish I had gone with my gut and gotten the larger size as I have a longer wallet and it’s a struggle to get that, keys, EpiPen, sunglasses and phone in without it barely closing. But that was my fault! It’s definitely a cute bag for grab and go! If you’re on the fence, get the larger size! 🤣

Great size (not too big not too small) and good quality. It was important to me that it had both an inside and outside zipper compartment to fit cards and such. Most of these type of bags are just one big compartment. I’m super happy with the purchase. It was expensive but worth it.

I was going to return the item, but decided to keep instead. I'm not in love with the color, but it will do for the summer. I do wish the "accent details" were silver and not gold as I think gold is over rated. The functionality is good; I do find it a tad "bulky" when across body in the front. Overall - it works and will be good for the summer.

Perfect size, love the key strap inside so that I can always locate them quickly, only thing I wish is that there were more card holders sewn in, but! Guess that's why they have a seperate wallet for that 😊 very happy with my purchase

I bought it for my trip to NYC.I plan to take one purse !I love the size and colour and it is safer because you can wear it in fromt of you for saftey !!Very impressed and will order for my family for Christmas gift!

Was very disappointed. I purchased the bag right before your Black Friday sale (unfort) and it hadnt shipped before the sale started due to a postal strike in Canada. So a lady reached out to me asking for another address besides a PO Box #, so I gave her one (a friends business location I had to ask permission to do). As it was quite delayed at this point in getting shipped from when I purchased it, the sale was well underway at this point. I casually asked her if I could get credit for the sale price since it had not shipped yet amd I just barely missed the sale as is. Not only did I not receive the sale price, she didn’t even write me back to say yay or nay. Very disappointed in this-service and how I narrowly missed out on a $35 savings!!!! At least write me back at the very least and say no!

I ordered the Go Getter specifically to replace my diaper bag. I work from home and travel with my baby and this bag fits all her drinks, snacks, diapers, wipes, and a change of clothes as well as my 40oz Brumate, laptop, keys, wallet and odds and ends. I love the versatility. The shoulder straps are long enough to fit my larger size and the crossbody straps comes in handy when my hands are full. I can even use the bag to help me support her weight while holding her.

I travel 20 days out of the month and this bag has been a game changer for me. I love it!

I love how organized and spacious it is. The long strap is what I use and it’s so comfortable. I get compliments all the time.

I bought my Go-Getter Tote to use on my recent trip to Denmark. It was an awesome carry-on bag with all the pockets and places to organize things. Plus the zipper part to slide it over the handle of my suitcase was very helpful. I also used it as a tote bag around town and it looked super stylish the whole time!

I am a provider at a children’s hospital and the Go-Getter holds all of my daily items that I take into the hospital! Everything from my water bottle, wallet, lunch, snacks, headphones, etc all fit in my tote bag! I think my favorite thing about the tote is that no matter how much I pack, the straps stay on my shoulder! Nothing is more annoying than constantly adjusting and pulling up the straps of your bag. That has never been a problem with my Go-Getter! The sleek design and chestnut color make for the perfect everyday bag. It has definitely started an obsession with poppy & peonies products for me!

The go-getter has been great as a new work bag for me, it has tons of space for everything I need including my laptop. Love that it has a crossbody strap option.

I really love my backpack, unfortunately it arrived with a hole in the leather on the very front. I immediately contacted customer service, and it’s been over two weeks with no response. Hopefully I hear from them soon after the holidays, and if I do I’ll update this review.

I was debating getting this bag for so long! I looked at countless leather backpacks and none compared to the elegant look or perfect size of the one that Poppy & Peonies has available. I am a law school student and it is the perfect backpack for stylish but functional and carries all my stuff without any issues. I have been using it for a few weeks now and am so happy I made this purchase!

I needed a bag that would be professional enough for work, but would also allow me to carry *all the things* that I need to carry every day as a mom of two. This bag hits all my requirements and looks great! So practical, but it still looks great.

I’ve had this backpack for a month and have been so happy with my purchase. It fits my 15 inch laptop just fine and is big enough to fit everything i need for my work commute. I feel it distributes the weight well as it doesnt feel heavy. I have seen soo many people during my commute with different colors, so I know i will definitely get another one in the future!

There are lots of convenient pockets and compartments for things that most women would be carrying around with them daily. I will definitely purchase another style!

Bag is pretty nice. Has made going back and forth between home and office easier. Like that a book bag allows arms and hands to be open to carry items that don’t quite fit. Would like a bit more space in bag, also bag came with a crease in material. Thought the crease would disappear with use but hasn’t. Otherwise great bag

Love this bag! Very sturdy and love the functional aspects of being able to carry as a shoulder bag or as a bookbag.

This is my FAVORITE backpack ever. It’s so handy but so cute also. I love the design and I love the color. There are so many pockets and it’s handy to put all of my work things in one bag. I have a disk problem in my lower back so I have to have even distribution of weight, so bags that are like briefcases just won’t work for me. But this backpack is so perfect. Love it.

This bag gets noticed everywhere I go! It's so pretty, but I do wish it was a touch bigger. I don't use the interior water-bottle holder as it takes up too much space within the bag. There are tons of pockets. It's comfortable to carry and beautiful in person. The cognac colour is like a deep tan and goes with everything. I'm so happy I splurged on this backpack. Bonus that it came with a pretty dust bag, an anniversary promotion for a free tech case, and in green-bin-friendly packaging. I love being able to say this is from a Canadian, female-owned, Metis-founded company.

I love my new bag. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and even had a chance to travel with it. It was perfect. I especially love all the compartments.

I of course had to get a new Yeti in the same colour to match my bag. And also a new Summer Fridays lippie 😉.

I am always a bit amazed at what fits in here! The key leash is a life saver and the padded laptop area gives me less anxiety about damaged tech. Don’t have a Stanley but love the big water bottle pouch too

I generally don’t like to carry a purse/tote - I’m more of a backpack kinda gal. I needed something for work because I needed to have something professional that would also be safe for my work laptop. The Go-Getter Tote in Berry has been a perfect option for me. I don’t have a Stanley mug, but that spot in the bag works great for my water bottle. I also bought the Margaux wallet and The Teched Out Case to go with it. That bag/pouch is perfect for all of my cords, small eyeglass repair kit, charger block, and more. I have had so many women compliment my tote and ask where they can buy one.

My original one ended up with separation of the material and the zipper on the internal zipper pocket, but when I let the company know, they immediately replaced it without any difficulty.

The Berry color has been a great color option for me as well. It goes with every color I happen to wear. It goes well with my army green jacket, my navy blazer, brown blazer, black blazer… very versatile color choice.

Highly recommend. Would definitely buy again.

Perfect spots for everything for work. It gets filled on the sides with all the organization so then it buckles just a bit. It’s too good at holding all the things! Lol

Finally took the plunge and am so happy with my purchase. I love the removable laptop section, how light it is and the removable long strap. I wish the over the shoulder straps didn’t fall in over the bag all the time, it would be much easier to fill, since I’m always having to hold the straps out to put things in the bag.
