Sidekick blush

This was a replacement sidekick. The first one was bought in June 2022. For some reason it started to come apart around the straps, where they meet the bag. I emailed customer service with pictures and received a quick reply! They sent me a new one and it arrived quickly. I am so pleased with the customer service for this small business!! I will definitely be purchasing more products because they stand behind their product and know how to make a customer return. I love my sidekick and I wear it everyday! The blush is fairly neutral so it goes with everything! I've recommended Poppy and Peonies to so many people because of this 1 bag!!
