I purchased 4 bags and two large paper bags that, after placing the order, I realized were too big for the gifts. Immediately, I sent an email requesting the exchange, hoping it was possible to do so before sending the items, also because of the waiting time is long enough. I never got any response, I even left a message on Instagram, but nothing. My message was answered right after I got my order delivered, just saying how much they were “sorry about that happening”…
