Love my new tote. I do not have a set office so I need to carry a lot of stuff with me and this tote has been perfect. It handles my laptop, charging cords, glasses, snacks, cup, and all my tablets that I need to bring. It’s an excellent buy.

Love this bag. Not too big or too small. Very comfortable to carry using shoulder strap as well. The interior is very well thought out with enough different size pockets to suit my needs. I definitely plan to purchase more colors.

Love the deep color and pockets inside. It’s almost perfect! My only complaint is that it doesn’t stand up on its own. It’s inconvenient that it folds over so trying to pack my things into it I have to hold it up. I’ll pop the fold out and it will stand up on its own but the crease is always there, and I have to push it back up every time I use it.

Terrible customer care. Didn’t respond to the email even for over 7 working days excluding the weekends.

They don’t send proper documents to postal office, and it was held by customs and returned back to them.

And when I inquired about it, they just decided to be lazy and not investigate the reason for the delay. Straight up ignored/refuses to look in to the reason, told me to contact uk postal service, when it never even got to the uk postal service.

Then they refunded it, but excluding the shipping costs, like it was my fault it got returned. Like how can they charge me shipping for something that never came to. Left a couple of messages and emails and then they did eventually refund the £21.

Yes they charge premium shipping costs but use terrible shipping companies. Terrible customer care , international customers please avoid.

Honestly I was a customer who wanted the product, had they asked me what I wanted to do I would have asked them to resend it, but they didn’t even give me the option.

They have now stopped responding - but I’m yet to see the refund in my bank.

Arrived extremely damaged and unwearable , company did not offer any solution except a shipping label, but i am still of the hook for the original shipping costs ($15). Extremely neglegent company.

I really like my bag, it is a touch big for me but I do love having a spot for everything, organized and in one spot.

I love this bag, my only complaint is that it doesn’t have the structure that I thought it would when I purchased it. I was surprised when it was delivered in a flat package, and disappointed to confirm it is because it was folded for shipping. No matter how I try to stuff or stand the bag, it always flops over on the folded side when it is set down, so I either have to lean it against something, or accept the flop. I may not have purchased had I known this issue prior.

Was very disappointed. I purchased the bag right before your Black Friday sale (unfort) and it hadnt shipped before the sale started due to a postal strike in Canada. So a lady reached out to me asking for another address besides a PO Box #, so I gave her one (a friends business location I had to ask permission to do). As it was quite delayed at this point in getting shipped from when I purchased it, the sale was well underway at this point. I casually asked her if I could get credit for the sale price since it had not shipped yet amd I just barely missed the sale as is. Not only did I not receive the sale price, she didn’t even write me back to say yay or nay. Very disappointed in this-service and how I narrowly missed out on a $35 savings!!!! At least write me back at the very least and say no!

I love this bag - it is a functional and high quality bag. Well worth the money and I get compliments from everyone who sees it for the 1st time. The vegan leather is starting to soften at this point and this makes me love it even more.

Perfect size, everything has a place

I absolutely love this bag! I have bought a few different off brands off Amazon and returned them because they didn’t meet my expectations. The Go-Getter is the best, holds everything I need it to and more! I’m trying to decide on my next color now. I ordered the Camel and it’s beautiful and so neutral, literally goes with everything! I’m a customer for life!

I bought the go-getter tote in camel to use as my work bag. The amount of items I can comfortably carry is amazing, and (most?) importantly, it looks cute! I have shown it off to my colleagues, and recommended it to my friends. I love the fact that it is vegan leather and the quality and price point was perfect. I’m planning my second purchase, but having a hard time narrowing down which one to buy next…

Love the tote and the function ability…however, it is definitely not dark grey, it is a mocha colour and I am not a fan of browns at all. I wavered on picking a colour for quite some time and finally decided to go with dark grey as it goes with everything…so I am a little disappointed with the colour.

I bought it for my daughter who carts lots of things for work. She loves it. I am going to buy one for my other daughter too!

This bag is nothing short of perfection! Its stylish and holds everything without being bulky. I switched from a Beis bag to this one and I’m never going back.

Gave it 3 stars because when I received the tote it came in a thin plastic bag that had a cut in it, obviously from the postal service at some point and thankfully it was in a dust bag or else the bag itself probably would of been altered. When I opened the dust bag to get the tote out I was met with a very very STRONG chemical odor to the point it gave me a headache and I had to put it out in the garage to air out. Before I put it in the garage I looked it over and noticed it has a small black mark under the logo which is super annoying but I decided to suck it up because I need a work bag. Besides the odor being extremely strong and the black mark the bag is as advertised and will fit a 40oz Stanley.

Love this bag! It’s so soft and all the compartments keep me organized which makes me happy 😊

GO-GETTER TOTE cream

I love this tote so much and I use it every day. I love the pink interior and all of the pockets. Here are my wish list items for future generations of this bag: I wish is that the laptop sleeve was built in. The removable sleeve takes up a lot of space and is pretty bulky. I am hoping they release the multitasker with the built in sleeve in cream, or find a way to come out with a go getter that has a separate laptop compartment built in. It would also be super cool if the trolley zipper had something to secure the zipper, having the zipper pull unsecured makes it easy for the pocket to become unzipped, so I am careful on what I put in that pocket. The only other thing I wish is that there were more pockets on the inside on the zipper pocket side! Otherwise it’s amazing.

Love love love this bag. It has all the awesome features that make it my favourite. The “Stanley” holder and the key leash are my favourites. Do I dare say it’s too big? Some days it is…good thing I have several other Poppy & Peonies bags to choose from when a smaller bag is needed.

Love the size, color, and quality! I do wish the inside compartment wasn’t so bulky but overall love the bag.

I love the out and about!! It’s the perfect size, roomy with lots of space for all I need and the crossbody strap is actually long enough to sit at my hip where I like my bags! The feel of the bag is great as well. I have quite a few poppy and peonies bags and this is definitely a new favourite!

Great little bag however one of the loops for the crossbody bag broke off very shortly after me using the bang and i didnt even have the strap attached, on the plus side i contacted the company about this and they replaced the bag. Wonderful customer service

I was looking for a not backpack looking type bag. This fit the bill. Stylish yet not expensive. Holds a lot! Comfortable on shoulders. Only complaint is that it looks a bit cheap in the straps. But you get what you pay for. The berry color is very nice.

This bag is so beautiful. Its perfect for work for my laptop, lunch and everything else! My cat thinks so too being that the first day I had it she crawled on it and clawed the back so it has nice pick marks on the back!
The only thing I would change is there is no grips under the straps so if you are only using it for one shoulder it slipps off.

I have been using the backpack for over a month now. Spacious backpack where you can take enough books, your laptop, lunch box and other stuff. I love it.

I really love my backpack, unfortunately it arrived with a hole in the leather on the very front. I immediately contacted customer service, and it’s been over two weeks with no response. Hopefully I hear from them soon after the holidays, and if I do I’ll update this review.

I was debating getting this bag for so long! I looked at countless leather backpacks and none compared to the elegant look or perfect size of the one that Poppy & Peonies has available. I am a law school student and it is the perfect backpack for stylish but functional and carries all my stuff without any issues. I have been using it for a few weeks now and am so happy I made this purchase!

I like the size and structure of the bag, and have received many compliments. I commute via train with a laptop and like to evenly distribute the weight with an option to carry on a single strap if I have to take to a dinner or client meeting for something more formal. I’ve had it for about two months, and thought regular use have noticed patches of the vegan leather finish flaking or scraping off to reveal a whiteish foam beneath, which is disappointing.
