Terrible customer care, international customers please avoid

Terrible customer care. Didn’t respond to the email even for over 7 working days excluding the weekends.

They don’t send proper documents to postal office, and it was held by customs and returned back to them.

And when I inquired about it, they just decided to be lazy and not investigate the reason for the delay. Straight up ignored/refuses to look in to the reason, told me to contact uk postal service, when it never even got to the uk postal service.

Then they refunded it, but excluding the shipping costs, like it was my fault it got returned. Like how can they charge me shipping for something that never came to. Left a couple of messages and emails and then they did eventually refund the £21.

Yes they charge premium shipping costs but use terrible shipping companies. Terrible customer care , international customers please avoid.

Honestly I was a customer who wanted the product, had they asked me what I wanted to do I would have asked them to resend it, but they didn’t even give me the option.

They have now stopped responding - but I’m yet to see the refund in my bank.

Arrived extremely damaged and unwearable , company did not offer any solution except a shipping label, but i am still of the hook for the original shipping costs ($15). Extremely neglegent company.

This is the best teacher/work/mom bag ever! Allows you to organize everything so easily! Which makes it easy to find! The quality is amazing and as with cute packaging and a dust bag! I have talked so much about it that 5 other people are now buying one too lol I love sharing things I’m passionate about!

Great bag with lots of compartments

This bag is big! It was such a great personal item on a flight. Everything stayed very well organized. When it’s full it’s really heavy though and can’t zip well with a water bottle. I have the simple modern tumbler and it doesn’t fit too well in there. I have to force it into the handle opening. The straps hurt my shoulder when it’s very full.
