Beautiful but….

Was very disappointed. I purchased the bag right before your Black Friday sale (unfort) and it hadnt shipped before the sale started due to a postal strike in Canada. So a lady reached out to me asking for another address besides a PO Box #, so I gave her one (a friends business location I had to ask permission to do). As it was quite delayed at this point in getting shipped from when I purchased it, the sale was well underway at this point. I casually asked her if I could get credit for the sale price since it had not shipped yet amd I just barely missed the sale as is. Not only did I not receive the sale price, she didn’t even write me back to say yay or nay. Very disappointed in this-service and how I narrowly missed out on a $35 savings!!!! At least write me back at the very least and say no!

Wow, this bag is amazing! Fits everything I need to tote around with room to spare. Very high quality. Plus, the shipping was lightning fast and the bag was packaged very well. It even came inside a cloth bag which I saved to use as a laundry bag when I travel. I recommend to anyone and everyone!

Just a genuinely great bag

I’ve had this bag for a couple months. It has all the amenities that are working Woman wants in a large tote bag. I’m only not giving it a perfect score because there’s been a little bit of thread fraying on the shoulder strap.
