Outstanding product support

I purchased this bag for my wife as a Christmas gift. The bag arrived, looked and felt great, and she loves it. However, there was an issue with the main zipper, as it wasn't properly stitched in at the bottom. This led to issues with zipping the compartment, and more importantly, with keeping the zipper functional.

When we contacted P&P and provided photos, they immediately sent a replacement. The new bag looks just as prime as the first one, and the main zipper is stitched in perfectly. Fantastic customer service, and excellent backing of the product. 👌🏼

Just away on first travel trip with new bag from Poppy and Peonies!
Love the texture, fact that it is recycled material and most of all Canadian moms venture.

Wish there was more individual poclkets in side to keep stuff contained.

Perfect bag for traveling!! Fits everything I needed, included an 18oz water bottle and my linen beach towel :) Back zip was perfect to conceal my passport and wallet. Comfortable to wear for a large chest and love the adjustable strap. Definitely recommend!
