I love this bag the only thing I wish it had was a few more pockets so I can put my AirPods, lipgloss in instead of just throwing it in the bottom but still not a deal breaker. I did have an issue with the first bag I received as the stitches fell out but contacted support and they were beyond fantastic and helpful and replaced it no problem. I will be ordering more 100%

I needed a crossover bag for my trip to Europe this summer. This is the perfect bag! It has enough space to hold my necessities like my wallet, sunglasses, makeup and more. Plus, it will keep my belongings safe from pickpocketers. I’m already thinking of purchasing another sidekick in camel. I absolutely love this bag!

This bag is amazing! Everything you need fits in the bag and this bag is fat proof! I always struggle to find a nice/cute crossbody bag but the strap is always to short. Not with this bag because of the extender! You really deserve a big big compliment for this idea and this really nice that the extender is free. You really include everybody with this, I am a big fan!

I really love my backpack, unfortunately it arrived with a hole in the leather on the very front. I immediately contacted customer service, and it’s been over two weeks with no response. Hopefully I hear from them soon after the holidays, and if I do I’ll update this review.

I was debating getting this bag for so long! I looked at countless leather backpacks and none compared to the elegant look or perfect size of the one that Poppy & Peonies has available. I am a law school student and it is the perfect backpack for stylish but functional and carries all my stuff without any issues. I have been using it for a few weeks now and am so happy I made this purchase!

I purchased a commuter backpack and when it arrived, there was a sewing issue. One of the pockets had been sewn partially closed so I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement for free! I didn’t even have to send in the original backpack, I just donated it as they asked me to in the email. The bag is such nice quality and I like how many different pocket options there are. The hardware is very nice and the zippers glide easily. I’ve never had a zipper catch and I’ve been using this bag for over a month now! Really great product and I can’t wait to use it at the airport on a work trip or on a personal trip!

This bag fits SOO much. I went from carrying a purse, a laptop bag, and a lunch bag to only carrying this bag for work. Sure, it gets heavy when I have my laptop, charger, water bottle, and lunch in my bag but it is made so well that I know it will not fall apart. I cannot recommend this bag enough!

I absolutely love the look and function of this bag, but unfortunately, after using it on one 1 week trip, the zipper has already broke. Disappointing.

Terrible customer care. Didn’t respond to the email even for over 7 working days excluding the weekends.

They don’t send proper documents to postal office, and it was held by customs and returned back to them.

And when I inquired about it, they just decided to be lazy and not investigate the reason for the delay. Straight up ignored/refuses to look in to the reason, told me to contact uk postal service, when it never even got to the uk postal service.

Then they refunded it, but excluding the shipping costs, like it was my fault it got returned. Like how can they charge me shipping for something that never came to. Left a couple of messages and emails and then they did eventually refund the £21.

Yes they charge premium shipping costs but use terrible shipping companies. Terrible customer care , international customers please avoid.

Honestly I was a customer who wanted the product, had they asked me what I wanted to do I would have asked them to resend it, but they didn’t even give me the option.

They have now stopped responding - but I’m yet to see the refund in my bank.

Arrived extremely damaged and unwearable , company did not offer any solution except a shipping label, but i am still of the hook for the original shipping costs ($15). Extremely neglegent company.

My new go-to bag. I use it for work and love that it’s big enough for me to carry all my stuff including my laptop AND a giant iced coffee. I’ve already had a ton of compliments on it and the first week I had it I sat beside two ladies at a conference who also had Poppy and Peonies bags and they shared their bags have withstood the test of time. This bag was definitely made by a woman, for women!!! The thought and detail that went into it, chefs kiss!! I bought it specifically to travel as my one personal item, its dimensions fit the parameters of the airline I was flying on, the straps are so comfortable to wear for extended periods, I absolutely loved the water bottle compartment because I am never without my Hydrojug handle water bottle. All the pockets on the inside are so useful! And the zippers on the side for my wallet, passport, etc for easy access going through security, etc was a game changer! Forever my travel bag.

Love its versatility, size and all of the different pockets, especially the water bottle holder. Very light. I use it often.

Love the size in the space however wish the straps had grippy on them so it didn’t slide off your shoulder.

I purchased this handbag for college because I needed more room for lunch, books, and such and this bag fits everything so nicely. The organization compartments are fabulous and it is clear the bag was made using good quality material. Everything was thought through and through.

I absolutely LOVE all of Poppy & Peonies bags! This large quilted sidekick bag is perfect for the winter months! Not only is it stylish, it fit everything that was in my purse in this bag! It has so much room, the bag is soft & it’s comfortable to wear! It’s a MUST HAVE!

It’s the best size ever! Perfect for my basics: a wallet, a small water bottle, a couple of granola bars, and keys, with room to spare if I ever need a bit more. I just wish it still came in the vegan leather

The quilted fabric so much better than the vegan leather, the zipper doesn’t struggle and seperate as it did on my smaller version. I wish the strap about 1-2 inches more as I wear at hip level. So far very happy

This bag is super spacious but isn’t bulky! I can fit everything I need for every day use and then some.

I am plus size (typically 3x-4x in tops) and was happy to find out I didn’t need the extender.

I just purchased my 2nd sidekick. My first was black and I love it so much. I just purchased the blush sidekick. It’s absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be buying more colors. It holds all I need and I can be hands free. Fabulous!

My son in law who was away in military training asked me to order this for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it!

It had lots of space inside and the inside lining was nice but I didn’t like the look on the outside, the stitching and color looked cheep. Unfortunately they wouldn’t let me return the item since I got a preChristmas sale.

Spacious, comfortable and easy to use! I also love love love the blush color!

This is a really nice functional bag, I own three. I like that a gripper has been added to strap to keep it on your shoulder better. However in the future it would be nice to have the option of ordering with a longer strap so you can wear it as a crossbody, while walking long distances it still slips off the shoulder.

Like a lot my new bag with so much space: for my laptop, Keys, mobile, notebook, Stanley (30oz). And the shipping was so fast from Canada to México. And is waterproof.

I wanted to love it, but the bag has some major flaws. The way it is packaged it has a crease that is tough to get out even with steam. The stitches are coming loose after only a few weeks and the zipper is awful. The zipper comes apart at the middle. I got a replacement for the first one and the second one does the same thing even when it is not completely full. The color is pretty and as long as you do not use it as a true work bag it should be fine.
