Terrible customer care. Didn’t respond to the email even for over 7 working days excluding the weekends.
They don’t send proper documents to postal office, and it was held by customs and returned back to them.
And when I inquired about it, they just decided to be lazy and not investigate the reason for the delay. Straight up ignored/refuses to look in to the reason, told me to contact uk postal service, when it never even got to the uk postal service.
Then they refunded it, but excluding the shipping costs, like it was my fault it got returned. Like how can they charge me shipping for something that never came to. Left a couple of messages and emails and then they did eventually refund the £21.
Yes they charge premium shipping costs but use terrible shipping companies. Terrible customer care , international customers please avoid.
Honestly I was a customer who wanted the product, had they asked me what I wanted to do I would have asked them to resend it, but they didn’t even give me the option.
They have now stopped responding - but I’m yet to see the refund in my bank.
Arrived extremely damaged and unwearable , company did not offer any solution except a shipping label, but i am still of the hook for the original shipping costs ($15). Extremely neglegent company.
This is my favorite new bag! It has the perfect amount of compartments! It comes with a case for your laptop that is removable if you don’t need it. The water bottle holder fits my 36ox Stanley. And it’s super cute!! I’m in love!
I get compliments on it where ever I go and it fits everything I need.
I have just returned from a week-long holiday where I found the Go-Getter Tote a perfect travel carry-on bag. It is thoughtfully designed and allows for easy and efficient packing and accessibility.
I purchased this bag as a gift for my daughter in law. She absolutely loved it! The detail and thought that goes into all Poppy and Peonies products to keep everything in its own place is genius. You cant go wrong on this tote. Great quality- you would think its genuine leather.
