The go-getter is literally perfection ! I love the bottle holder, it fits my 40 oz water bottle, love the laptop pouch, the color of the inside of the bag, the key holder… love everything, it is my dream tote bag ! Thank you so much, can’t wait to buy more colors !

Go getter tote, great! But sales policy lacking

I ordered this tote as my “office in a bag”! Great bag! However, it went on sale for significantly less than I paid and my order had not even been received yet. I emailed the company to inquire if they offer to refund the difference as I had not even received the bag yet. Their response was “we are not offering price adjustments in November “ I can understand the company having clear policies regarding this, but for the entire of month of November?? Seems out of line to me. This policy should then be clearly stated PRIOR to ordering items!
