I’m in love with this bag! I purchased two for Christmas gifts, but ended up keeping one for myself since my 17in laptop fit in the laptop sleeve perfectly. It fits all my work necessitates and I love all of the pockets to help with organization.

Had such high hopes for this bag. It has not held up even a month without Velcro ripping from the fabric and some other fabric tearing. Very disappointed as I really love the look of the bag and the thoughtful compartments. Was really wanting this to be my go-to work bag but it's not the quality I was hoping for.

Love it!!!

This bag is a great quality and perfect for all of my needs. I use it for work to hold not only my Lululemon, but my water bottle, planner, computer and a few extras. The straps are comfy on my shoulder which is nice. I did wish it had some "feet" on the bottom of the bag to protect with when I set it down on the ground. But if you aren't sure you want this...get it! You won't regret it.

Nice quality

For me I had no problems with shipping. Bought Dec 2nd, and arrived not so long after. Nicely packed. I am impressed on the quality, it is a very beautiful bag upon inspection. Can't comment on the durability yet as its wrapped under the Christmas tree for a gift to myself lol. I just can't wait to use this nice classy black tote for work. I think I might check out other bags in the new year, they are really nice, now that I saw this one.

Not happy

I have not yet received my tote and sidekick. My order was November 30, today is December 18. No update on the tacker as it keeps saying there is a delay in courrier services due to the strike. My amazon gift orders came 2days after I paid online. Im not at all happy with the reply of the customer service from Poppy and Peonies as they gave a very generic answer without giving an exact detail where my package is. They say update will be available as soon as my order package leaves Ontario. This should probably mean my items are still in Ontario as there is zero update on the delivery.

A huge fan!

I love it. I bought mine specifically for travel, and there is a ton of space. I also appreciate that the cup holders are large- I bought this to replace a commuting bag without cup holders- and that there are a lot of different pockets. I was a little worried about the vegan leather, I haven't used a lot of items with it. I appreciate that it is a thicker material- great for wear and tear- but is also flexible. Overall, I am so happy I invested in this bag.

So convenient for travel!

I was traveling with my 3 young kids on my own and the only way to get through that with sanity in tact was organization. I specifically bought the Go-Getter for this trip and I’m so glad I did! No rummaging around for last minute boarding passes, passports or ‘avoiding tantrum’ snacks, water, or toys when you’re already under stress. This bag saved me! (Aside from my toddler’s full-on screaming tantrum on the way back that no amount of organization could have prevented). At least I looked fashionable with my new bag!

Had to have it!

I was recently flying back from the USA to Canada and a young woman beside me had this backpack under the seat. I kept looking at it, thinking how nice it was. Nice and tidy and attractive. It was clear that she was super organized - everything seemed to have a place in the bag. Meanwhile I had a large, open top bag, and was struggling to find stuff - digging around in the bottom of the bag for ear buds, charger cords, etc. It was a real struggle to find stuff & I hate being disorganized. After our 3 hour flight, when we were deplaning, I finally asked her where she got her nice backpack. She told me about Poppy & Peonies, and how happy she was with the bag - she uses it for travel and for work. When I got home, I googled it and immediately ordered it AND the little tech holder to organize my chargers and such. Very happy when I received my goodies! Very well packed and protected. I don't have a trip planned anytime soon, but I knew I wanted this bag for my next adventure. Glad I asked my fellow passenger!! (A good friend also ordered one after I told her about Poppy and Peonies!).

Terrible customer service

I’ve shopped Poppies and Peonies for years, mostly because I love their products and that they are local. Unfortunately this week I had the misfortune of having to talk to their customer service about an item that was lost in transit. Their response was a lengthy, condescending and dismissive email offering no resolution at all. Essentially, it is a tough shipping season so tough luck. After years of recommending their products to friends and family, I can no longer stand by doing so. I suggest if you make a purchase, do so on a credit card with purchase protection that can help you if the package is lost. This bag was nice, but not worth the time and hassle that went into the next purchase I made and never received. Buyer beware.

I am in love with this bag!

It has so much room that I’m literally looking for things to put into it, just cause I can! Our company has moved to a neighborhood seating style, meaning that you don’t technically keep the same desk every time you’re in the office (yeah, horrible!) This means I carry literally EVERYTHING in this bag! From my personal keyboard to my obscenely large notebook (my boss has a lot of ideas, lol) and there is room for all of that and more. The light pinkish blush color is so pretty. Don’t think I don’t see people eyeballing it when I’m walking in! Love the long strap to messenger bag it and, oh my gosh, I almost forgot; the removable center laptop protector! Genius. I don’t carry my laptop so I don’t need it, but if I’m using the bag for travel, that’ll be super handy. My only issue is that there aren’t feet on the bottom. I am particularly “difficult” with my bags and I’m so afraid I’ll rip or destroy it. Still trying to figure out a way to protect it without hurting the super soft leather. I love this bag, and you really should buy one if you’ve got STUFF. :)

I purchased this bag to travel by plane and it surpassed my expectations. I have many products from here ( the sidekick, the big leather laptop bag/tote and now the commuter) I use them frequently. The commuter backpack is comfortable, stylish has smart pockets and fits over your luggage handle if you don’t want to wear it. It’s surprisingly large capacity. I had laptop and notebooks charger and cords headphones a water bottle and a pair of shoes and I still had room. Highly recommend. It could be used as a diaper bag also.

I love this style. My second bag like this and this one is amazing. The tan color rivals a Coach British tan and feels like butter to the touch. Nice features inside and out with lots of pockets. Brilliant detail to be able to switch the strap for right or left shoulder! Only thing I’d change is to make it a tad bit bigger and put a little tiny loop/strap at the very top to be able to grab it in a controlled fashion instead of the long strap. Nice to have but not necessary. Seeing what I can buy next….. :-)

I really love this bag! I always used a cross body but with being on the run lots lately I wanted something a bit bigger and more useful than the sidekick I hitch my friend has. I can fit my big wallet from here, glasses in their case, water bottle, kids shorts, phone, keys and a snack with still room for more. Being bustier too it sits really nice. I noted from one person’s review to put the clip on the one side of the bottom that allowed the zipper to be on the top (depends which shoulder you wear it on) and that was super helpful to watch for right away! Love it’

Great work/school bag!

I love this bag for work/school. I like that I can remove the laptop sleeve when I am on school break to make my bag much lighter. It holds everything I could possibly want, my tumbler, laptop, school books, wallet, snacks, etc. i love the key leash too, with a big bag like this, it’s easy to lose your keys. I also love the cognac color & I have gotten lots of compliments on this bag! It is my 4th or 5th P&P bag & it won’t be my last!

Absolutely love this backpack. I have been eyeing these products for several months. Then I started seeing them at work, and out in the community. This backpack fits my laptop charging cord, daytimer, files, pencil case, waters/drinks (yes, plural) and I still have room for more. It's not cumbersome and stuffed it's easy to use with all the compartments. Can't wait to try it on a weekend trip with clothes vs work stuff

The best backpack I’ve ever had

This backpack is awesome! I don’t like to use totes because they usually hurt my shoulder, but backpacks that will fit a 16 inch laptop are typically ugly, while the nice ones are too small, so the commuter backpack is perfect! So pretty but also functional with organization inside (many different pockets), fits my 16 inch laptop easily, and the straps feel very sturdy and comfortable... I also get a lot of compliments on it! The dark grey is a really nice warm grey rather than a typical charcoal, which I love because it goes with both brown and black outfits

I am so happy I finally ordered this. I have many Poppy and Peonies items and have been biased to the cognac colour but this grey was perfect. I’ve had so many compliments on the colour being great for all seasons. It fits my large laptop, and all my work items. My favourite parts are all the places for bottles and cups! I can fit my water bottle, smoothie cup, and tea traveller securely in the outside pockets and the interior one. I wish I bought this sooner!
