Beautiful but….

Was very disappointed. I purchased the bag right before your Black Friday sale (unfort) and it hadnt shipped before the sale started due to a postal strike in Canada. So a lady reached out to me asking for another address besides a PO Box #, so I gave her one (a friends business location I had to ask permission to do). As it was quite delayed at this point in getting shipped from when I purchased it, the sale was well underway at this point. I casually asked her if I could get credit for the sale price since it had not shipped yet amd I just barely missed the sale as is. Not only did I not receive the sale price, she didn’t even write me back to say yay or nay. Very disappointed in this-service and how I narrowly missed out on a $35 savings!!!! At least write me back at the very least and say no!

This bag is PERFECT!!!!

Admiring the exterior of this bag, I actually ask a stranger in the TSA screening where she purchased it. The color and softness of the leather made me fearful it was an extremely expensive bag. Much to my surprise, when I found it online, it was a wonderful price so I purchased it. I could not be happier. Is it stylish from the outside, and the interior is so versatile. Just the right amount of pockets,without there being too many. I love the place for my water bottle, the zip compartment (not to mention there is a zipper on the entire bag, which is wonderful for security) and the removable padded laptop sleeve, for when I choose to really be on vacation and not bring my computer!

I can’t wait to make my next purchase - the getaway cosmetic set has my eye!!!!☺️
