Beautiful but….

Was very disappointed. I purchased the bag right before your Black Friday sale (unfort) and it hadnt shipped before the sale started due to a postal strike in Canada. So a lady reached out to me asking for another address besides a PO Box #, so I gave her one (a friends business location I had to ask permission to do). As it was quite delayed at this point in getting shipped from when I purchased it, the sale was well underway at this point. I casually asked her if I could get credit for the sale price since it had not shipped yet amd I just barely missed the sale as is. Not only did I not receive the sale price, she didn’t even write me back to say yay or nay. Very disappointed in this-service and how I narrowly missed out on a $35 savings!!!! At least write me back at the very least and say no!

Very functional. The selling point for me was theninternal pocket for my travel cup, where most tote bags have the on the outside. However, I have to admit the quality isnt as nice as I’d hoped for. The vegan leather feels and moves like plastic with a thin foam padding sewn in. I do typically prefer real leather so maybe I am just not used to the look and feel of vegan leather, but I have plenty of non-leather items that give a more realistic and flexible feel than this tote does. Overall I think I’ll end up reselling it, but it is functional if that’s all you’re concerned about! Can’t speak to durability as I’ve only been carrying this a few weeks, but so far it’s held up.

I do like the tote, it holds quite a bit! I was anticipating it being much more “structured”. The bag sags ans creases in the corners no mayter how full you have it. Im not sure how long it will hold up. For the price i was expecting a little better quality of materials. The photos on the site definitely make it look more structured
