Love the purse disappointment in the customer service

Love the purse, disappointed in the customer service. When I ordered the purse, there was no mention on the site of a black Friday event coming up, I received my purse on a Friday, Three days later, which was a Monday it was advertised at $30 off. When I contacted the company, they told me they were not giving refunds for the month of November. While I like the purse, I will not order from this company again.
