Terrible customer care. Didn’t respond to the email even for over 7 working days excluding the weekends.

They don’t send proper documents to postal office, and it was held by customs and returned back to them.

And when I inquired about it, they just decided to be lazy and not investigate the reason for the delay. Straight up ignored/refuses to look in to the reason, told me to contact uk postal service, when it never even got to the uk postal service.

Then they refunded it, but excluding the shipping costs, like it was my fault it got returned. Like how can they charge me shipping for something that never came to. Left a couple of messages and emails and then they did eventually refund the £21.

Yes they charge premium shipping costs but use terrible shipping companies. Terrible customer care , international customers please avoid.

Honestly I was a customer who wanted the product, had they asked me what I wanted to do I would have asked them to resend it, but they didn’t even give me the option.

They have now stopped responding - but I’m yet to see the refund in my bank.

I love my bag. Mom of 3 here and still carrying lots of stuff for my kids and also my stuff, but i didnt want to carry a diaper bag anymore as my kids are already out of the diaper stage (3yo and up) it offers so much space every single item has a space and the key finder string is cool. Also got the wallet for when i dont need to bring out the whole bag as it is quite big and im only 5" tall 🤣

Love my new P&P berry coloured tote- getting so many compliments on it - the beautiful colour and all the functionality for my laptop, water bottle, chargers, makeup, lunch and everything else I need. Brilliant design feature with external pocket that unzips for travel over suitcase handle. Highly recommend!

Was very disappointed. I purchased the bag right before your Black Friday sale (unfort) and it hadnt shipped before the sale started due to a postal strike in Canada. So a lady reached out to me asking for another address besides a PO Box #, so I gave her one (a friends business location I had to ask permission to do). As it was quite delayed at this point in getting shipped from when I purchased it, the sale was well underway at this point. I casually asked her if I could get credit for the sale price since it had not shipped yet amd I just barely missed the sale as is. Not only did I not receive the sale price, she didn’t even write me back to say yay or nay. Very disappointed in this-service and how I narrowly missed out on a $35 savings!!!! At least write me back at the very least and say no!

Gave it 3 stars because when I received the tote it came in a thin plastic bag that had a cut in it, obviously from the postal service at some point and thankfully it was in a dust bag or else the bag itself probably would of been altered. When I opened the dust bag to get the tote out I was met with a very very STRONG chemical odor to the point it gave me a headache and I had to put it out in the garage to air out. Before I put it in the garage I looked it over and noticed it has a small black mark under the logo which is super annoying but I decided to suck it up because I need a work bag. Besides the odor being extremely strong and the black mark the bag is as advertised and will fit a 40oz Stanley.
