It’s a wonderful bag for the airport! I find that the only problem is that every time I go to open medium pouch the zipper always hits the small pouch making it difficult to access

My first impression was that the vegan leather may not stand up as I hope. It's the corners that I am not sure about. Hopefully I will be pleasantly surprised, I cannot imagine your business is built around this material, if it does not stand up to wear and tear.
The product arrived and had a foul odour to it. I placed a scented wax melt in each pocket over a couple of weeks and the smell dissipated. I’ve been using the bag for about a week and noticed that the top of the inside of the outer pouch lining threads on the one side are unraveling.
I love my bag! At first, I almost sent it back. I was not confortable with which side I could wear it, open the pockets and all. Until the second day.... I realised I could switch the strap on the other low corner of the bag, that is when every piece fell into place. The perfect bag for me!
Shoulder strap is confortable, there is a place for everything I have. Thanks so much! Probably would buy the tote bag to travel!
