I love this bag

I like but it’s a little too stiff for me.

I've been looking for a '**** pack' that is stylish for a good year. Ive found others are either too sporty or too fancy. This one is perfect. It matches with everything, is functional and the zipper is very sturdy. It's great for dressing up or down so I wear it to work and to my hockey games :)

The vegan material is very nice and overall the bag is designed well, however, when I received the Downtown bag in Cognac, I noticed the black piping was missing some of the black colour and the silver underneath was showing, in three different places around the piping. I emailed and was offered a discount to keep the item as is, but I chose to send it back for a replacement to be sent. The replacement had the exact same issue where the colour of the piping was defective in three instances. Almost in the exact same spots. I chose to return the purse for a refund instead of trying a third time for a bag free of quality issues. I also purchased the black version of the Downtown and did not have any issues with that product.

I really like my downtown crossbody bag. It is spacious. The only thing I find is that the excess strap keeps coming out of the little strap that is there to hold it in. I find that I am always pulling it down. Otherwise Fantastic.

I like the look of the wallet but it is hard to close if you fill all the slots with credit cards.

Love the quality of the hardware and leather. Color is a beautiful caramel color. I wish it was a little bigger but they do sell a large size. So make all the colors available in both sizes! Love it overall

Love this little bag. This is actually a replacement bag since there was a problem with first. This company really stands behind its products. I received great Customer service!

I like the crossbody design and the size is perfect. Large enough but not so big that the bag is too heavy. The cognac colour is even better in person.

I am in love with it, so much that I don’t know if I can use it as the intended gift that it was meant for ☺️

I absolutely adore this bag! Had an issue with my first one and customer service was so great to deal with and had a new one on the way in no time flat. The quality of the product is excellent and the quality of the people at Poppy and Peonies is even better. I will definitely be shopping again.
