What Bag?

I live in Missouri and ordered 2 bags at 11:20 pm on November 29th. There was a statement that said if I ordered by end of day I would get free shipping. It didn't mention a time zone so I thought I would get the free shipping because I ordered before the end of the day, my time. Nope. It was their time zone. They just failed to mention that. So I was charged shipping. Ok so I moved on. Except that around December 18th I still had not received the bags. My bags weren't shipped from the company until December 6 and then it ended up in Illinois-the state next to Missouri. At some point it went from the carrier DHL to the USPS. Where it stayed. And stayed. I chatted and emailed Poppy and Peonies (because DHL said," at this point you should contact the company) telling them how these were a main Christmas gift and I was concerned they would not arrive in time. I first got an email saying to check back on Monday if they didn't arrive. I let them know on Monday they had not been delivered. I got another email from the company saying check back on Wednesday. I did and they replied that there was a strike in Canada and therefore delays. I replied that this should have been mentioned when ordering and reminded them that my package was currently one state away from me. So it's the evening of December 25th and the bags have not been delivered. From November 29th to December 25th I have not received the bags. The company gave me the run around and didn't seem to care. They could have sent out a new order snd expedited shipping and I may have gotten them by Christmas. But I was never offered another way to get the bags. It was really some poor customer service. They have had my money since November 29th, but I have nothing to show for it and I had to explain it to my daughter in laws at our Christmas gathering.

Love love love this bag

So I have two of these (dark grey and chestnut) and I love all the compartments! Especially the water bottle holder which I use for my Stanley tumblers and hydro jug tumblers! I pack this bag daily for work!
