Love the backpack but had an issue with one of the buckles and contacted customer service who sent out a new backpack at no charge in less than 2 days! Great product but even more amazing customer service!

I got this as a gift for a friend who uses a bag slightly larger than my Poppy & Peonies Commuter Backpack. She absolutely loves it as a work companion! The quality is very good, both durable and well made. Highly recommend if you intend to carry a full sized laptop and accessories. For me, I carry a tablet and accessories (and can easily fit a smaller laptop) in the Commuter Backpack. Both have room for everything else I carry, including a water bottle in one side pouch and travel coffee mug in the other.
