Overall I like the bag, however since it’s advertised to hold many “heavier” items such as a full 40oz Stanley, potentially other drinks as it has multiple drink holders, and a lap top, with quite a bit of room to spare, the straps could be a bit thicker. As long as the stitching holds up to the weight I do like the look of the more narrow straps. However, the handle strap at the top came slightly damaged. There is cracking in the vegan leather. I wasn’t going to attempt a return or refund over it (I bought the last one available in black on their website), but was disappointed it was already damaged considering the price.
