Terrible customer care. Didn’t respond to the email even for over 7 working days excluding the weekends.

They don’t send proper documents to postal office, and it was held by customs and returned back to them.

And when I inquired about it, they just decided to be lazy and not investigate the reason for the delay. Straight up ignored/refuses to look in to the reason, told me to contact uk postal service, when it never even got to the uk postal service.

Then they refunded it, but excluding the shipping costs, like it was my fault it got returned. Like how can they charge me shipping for something that never came to. Left a couple of messages and emails and then they did eventually refund the £21.

Yes they charge premium shipping costs but use terrible shipping companies. Terrible customer care , international customers please avoid.

Honestly I was a customer who wanted the product, had they asked me what I wanted to do I would have asked them to resend it, but they didn’t even give me the option.

They have now stopped responding - but I’m yet to see the refund in my bank.

When I received the bag, there were some loose strands on the straps which I found annoying considering the price, but I shrugged it off. I have now only used the bag ten times going to and from work, always being gentle with it, and the corner is already wearing off. This is extremely disappointing. I thought I was investing in a quality bag for $125 but to already be showing such wear and tear after only TEN days of use is so disheartening. I was thinking about purchasing other products from Poppy & Peonies but no longer have faith in receiving a good quality product for the price I am paying.

Arrived extremely damaged and unwearable , company did not offer any solution except a shipping label, but i am still of the hook for the original shipping costs ($15). Extremely neglegent company.

Fits everything I need and still looks stylish I use as my work bag and absolutely love it. I get questions all the time on where I got it ❤️

I am a girl that has always been known to have a BURSTING purse. Mustard? I carry that. Two different kids of floss, toothbrush, and toothpaste? It's in my bag. Day planner? Obviously in there. Wallet, keys, gloves, snacks (salty AND sweet), phone chargers, tools - my purse is a pit of stuff.
The Go-Getter has been my organizational DREAM! No more digging, everything has a place now! My husband is especially happy though - two cup pockets mean 0 hands needed! You defiyneed this bag if you carry your life with you

I needed a new work bag that would hold my laptop, water bottle and other items. This bag is absolutely perfect! I genuinely could not be happier with it. I’m thinking of getting the wallet next.
