The item was a gift not sure how it is liked. The company as a whole totally disappointed in the lack of customer support or service. I understand your policies but to price gouge people during a difficult economy is unacceptable. I understand you’re a small business but you’ve lost my future support and I’ll make sure to let anyone who asks why. I purchased product and then 1 week later it was a better sale and you would not price adjust even though I reached out. Poor business model
