Reached out 3 times for a update on order, I received a refund. No one ever reached out to explain what happened, horrible customer service

I have several Coach bags. This takes the cake! Beautiful and i love all of the compartments!

Terrible customer care. Didn’t respond to the email even for over 7 working days excluding the weekends.

They don’t send proper documents to postal office, and it was held by customs and returned back to them.

And when I inquired about it, they just decided to be lazy and not investigate the reason for the delay. Straight up ignored/refuses to look in to the reason, told me to contact uk postal service, when it never even got to the uk postal service.

Then they refunded it, but excluding the shipping costs, like it was my fault it got returned. Like how can they charge me shipping for something that never came to. Left a couple of messages and emails and then they did eventually refund the £21.

Yes they charge premium shipping costs but use terrible shipping companies. Terrible customer care , international customers please avoid.

Honestly I was a customer who wanted the product, had they asked me what I wanted to do I would have asked them to resend it, but they didn’t even give me the option.

They have now stopped responding - but I’m yet to see the refund in my bank.

Arrived extremely damaged and unwearable , company did not offer any solution except a shipping label, but i am still of the hook for the original shipping costs ($15). Extremely neglegent company.

About a month ago I put this review on Google Maps and provided a link; shortly after that I put it on LinkedIn, again with a link. Today, March 19/25, I'm placing it on Poppy & Peonies site having received a request to review the Go-Better Tote in berry. Of late, I'm watching the website for another colour, but so far nothing has the appeal of the berry. Black was once a go-to for me, but I need to consciously work on getting splashes of colour into my wardrobe. I do that through scarves and gloves, and now I have the tote. I really would love to have a PURPLE GO-GETTER TOTE! But, so far, no purple. Fingers crossed.

Was very disappointed. I purchased the bag right before your Black Friday sale (unfort) and it hadnt shipped before the sale started due to a postal strike in Canada. So a lady reached out to me asking for another address besides a PO Box #, so I gave her one (a friends business location I had to ask permission to do). As it was quite delayed at this point in getting shipped from when I purchased it, the sale was well underway at this point. I casually asked her if I could get credit for the sale price since it had not shipped yet amd I just barely missed the sale as is. Not only did I not receive the sale price, she didn’t even write me back to say yay or nay. Very disappointed in this-service and how I narrowly missed out on a $35 savings!!!! At least write me back at the very least and say no!

Love my new bag! I use it for work and fits my computer, and other essentials needed! Lots of pockets for business cards, pens, and headphones.

It would be nice to have metal dots underneath so the vegan leather does not sit directly on the floor and to had 2 inches to the key leash would make it PERFECT but it is already awesome.

My new go-to bag. I use it for work and love that it’s big enough for me to carry all my stuff including my laptop AND a giant iced coffee. I’ve already had a ton of compliments on it and the first week I had it I sat beside two ladies at a conference who also had Poppy and Peonies bags and they shared their bags have withstood the test of time. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful perfect just what i wanted

Amazing quality, fits my 15" gaming laptop and my large sized simple modern water bottle.

100% vegan, woman founded, Indigenous Canadian business is also a plus!

I wanted to love it, but the bag has some major flaws. The way it is packaged it has a crease that is tough to get out even with steam. The stitches are coming loose after only a few weeks and the zipper is awful. The zipper comes apart at the middle. I got a replacement for the first one and the second one does the same thing even when it is not completely full. The color is pretty and as long as you do not use it as a true work bag it should be fine.

Everything sorted and firmly in place without sacrificing function and its CUTE. And it’s lighter than many others but sturdy. My only regret is I didn’t get the green.

Bought one for my daughter too, as well as the tech accessory cases. Will be purchasing more moving forward as an American supporting Canada. Oh Canada! 🇨🇦

Gave it 3 stars because when I received the tote it came in a thin plastic bag that had a cut in it, obviously from the postal service at some point and thankfully it was in a dust bag or else the bag itself probably would of been altered. When I opened the dust bag to get the tote out I was met with a very very STRONG chemical odor to the point it gave me a headache and I had to put it out in the garage to air out. Before I put it in the garage I looked it over and noticed it has a small black mark under the logo which is super annoying but I decided to suck it up because I need a work bag. Besides the odor being extremely strong and the black mark the bag is as advertised and will fit a 40oz Stanley.

The go getter tote is such a functional piece!! I am a brick and mortar business owner and a birth doula., I need so many things with me at all times and this bag looks incredible and has space for all of the things!! I love it so much that I am giving one away in our next giveaway!

This bag was just the right size. It was a little on the blush side of cream. I wish the website told how many liters the bag was for reference. I love that it’s a Canadian company!

Love this bag! It’s very chic and gets a lot of compliments. The down side is the front is not supported when I have my laptop on and overtime my bag has sagged so much that the front it creasing.

The only detail I think that needs a bit of improvement are the straps. Because of the material, the straps sometimes slide off my shoulder.

This bag was definitely made by a woman, for women!!! The thought and detail that went into it, chefs kiss!! I bought it specifically to travel as my one personal item, its dimensions fit the parameters of the airline I was flying on, the straps are so comfortable to wear for extended periods, I absolutely loved the water bottle compartment because I am never without my Hydrojug handle water bottle. All the pockets on the inside are so useful! And the zippers on the side for my wallet, passport, etc for easy access going through security, etc was a game changer! Forever my travel bag.

Love its versatility, size and all of the different pockets, especially the water bottle holder. Very light. I use it often.

Love the size in the space however wish the straps had grippy on them so it didn’t slide off your shoulder.

I purchased this handbag for college because I needed more room for lunch, books, and such and this bag fits everything so nicely. The organization compartments are fabulous and it is clear the bag was made using good quality material. Everything was thought through and through.

I recently received the espresso colored tote and, so far so good. I work from home; I use it for a church bag and I am able to hold all of my study material, my laptop when needed, and everything in between. It is like having an office in a tote bag. I am a big bag gal, so this bag is right up my alley. I intend to shop for some accessories to go inside the bag, so stay tuned. Thank you!

I love this bag on so many levels. The organizational details, colour, material and lightness of the bag. But as many comments state, the strap is slippery.. slides off the shoulder easily. I think it needs some material on the underside of the handles. Or a detachable shoulder strap

I bought this bag for work but made the mistake of taking it on a recent trip to Europe. I will never travel with a tote ever again and truly missed the hands-free benefit of my backpack! This bag slipped too much to be on top of my wheeled suitcase, so I had to carry it. Then it kept slipping off of my shoulder. For work, I don't have to carry it very far so it's fine, but based on this, I would purchase one of the other totes with a crossbody strap or handles that aren't so slippery.

I am in love with this bag! I am a chronic over-packer, anxious, ADHD mom and this bag fits literally everything I could possibly need. I use it as my work bag (laptop, planner, tech case, pencil pouch, etc.) and a diaper bag when we're on the go on weekday evenings (diapers and wipes pouch, kid water bottles, etc.). The zip pockets on the side are perfect for stashing snacks or grab-and-go items for my kids. And all the interior pockets give me plenty of space for all the odds and ends that I lug around. I especially love the lipstick pockets because I am a lip balm girly and being able to have two within reach at all times is absolutely perfect for me! 5 stars all around!
