Beautiful bag but not as much space inside and doesn’t open as wide as it appears but it works.

I received this bag and was so happy. The color is beautiful and has a lot of storage for the average person…..me it’s tight. I love the pockets on the side to hold my water bottle and coffee bottle. The only hiccup I have is the little tabs beside the main zipper came out on both sides so closing my backpack is a challenge not having those tabs to hold onto. They just ripped out so not sure how that happened. All in all this is a beautiful bag and do get a ton of compliments. If you have a lot of stuff to carry I would go bigger. I find an actual tote is better.
