This is the PERFECT crossbody bag. The adjustable strap is generous for us thicker gals, even without the extender strap. I put off buying the bag for months because of the pink interior but the pink is very subtle and made of a very sturdy material. The logo is embossed on the front of the bag so no metal tags that always get scuffed and tend to age you bag quicker. The outer material is so soft and supple it’s like butter. And lastly, like Dr. Who’s tardis, you can put so much stuff inside you’ll be amazed. I highly recommend this product. In fact this is the first time I’ve ever given a review on anything, that’s how much I love it.

I’ve been carrying a larger sized purse for years. I finally got tired of lugging it around and decided to search for a cute smaller alternative. I’m so happy with the sidekick bag! It fits quite a lot so I don’t feel like I’m leaving the essentials behind, but my purse is significantly lighter and this style is so comfortable and wearable. I’ll be repurchasing another color without a doubt!

I wish the back zip pocket were slightly larger to make my IPhone easier to get in and out. I like the zip pouch inside the main part of the bag. The bag is comfy, stylish and exactly what I wanted. I was able to wear it on a recent plane trip and stayed comfortable and didn’t have to worry about where I stashed my phone or chapstick, etc. I also leave it on for short drive because it doesn’t interfere with my seatbelt. I have a toddler and it is nice to only have to remember to pull out her stuff and mine is already with me.

Love, love, love my sidekick camel cross body bag! I had wanted something bigger than the popular cross body bag and that’s exactly what I got without it being too big. I love the style and the function of it. Love the pocket in the back for my phone and the inside back pocket to keep things safe. The only thing I’d love to see are two pockets inside the front outside facing layer to be able to organize items like lip balm, mini hand sanitizer, eye drops, gum, etc, just to keep it more organized. Other than that, I am in love with the camel colour as it goes so well with everything. I had a hard time choosing between the darker brown and the camel but I’m so glad I got the camel as it is so versatile. I have already asked for the black and the cream one for Christmas. Because of this bag, I’m saying goodbye to heavy purses but still so thrilled I can carry all the necessities. Such amazing quality. Thank you for creating such a great cross body bag!!!

Honestly the best belt bag. Perfect size. You can actually fit stiff in it. I have a toddler phasing out of diaper bag and this is able to fit everything I need and I’m able to be hands free. Perfect for dressing up or even throwing on with leggings to run errands. I’m so happy I stepped out and decided to get one.

I love this little sidekick ! It’s the perfect size to fit everything, including my sunglasses. It can be styled up or down. The inside zipper compartment is perfect for cards/ cash you want closer to your body. I would recommend in a heartbeat !

I haven't used it yet as I'm saving it to take on a trip but it is very cute and it looks like it will hold what I need in it.

I have several crossbody bags, and didn't think I needed another, but decided to give this one a chance. Its so classy, well structures, and has so much room! I love how it lays on me, and it will be perfect for my upcoming trip with my toddler. It easily fits my phone, keys, wallet, toddlers water bottle and an extra pair of bottoms for her. I now want all the colours 😍 well worth the price, and will be my most reached for bag.

Purchased my Sidekick before a 3 week vacation and it was a great travel bag! Held the essentials (phone/sunglasses, etc) and the back zip pocket was perfect for passport! Really love this bag!

This bag is big enough to hold my sunglasses case, keys, and my phone. It would also accommodate a small wallet if you didn’t want to use use the card slots inside. The leather is soft and pliable and I love the shape and colour. Well done. Zippers and clasps are of course high quality.

This is such a cute pocketbook! I plan to wear it as a crossbody but it could also wear it as a **** pack. The color is exactly what I was hoping - a brownish-gray. It will match so much! Shipping wasn't super fast but it was worth the wait.

I saw an ad on FB or IG about these cross body bags. First of all, I LOVE the companies name, and read lots of reviews which really convinced me to order.
I’m delighted on many fronts, I love the ethos
of sustainability, & vegan + the quality of my bag is wonderful. I’m a plus size(18) woman and ordered the extension, but really didn’t need it. It is a very generous size inside too.
I’ll be ordering more soon and will get for family members too.

This belt bag is exactly what I've been searching for! It is compact and easy to carry but holds a lot of stuff! I can comfortably fit my phone, card wallet, sunglasses, keys, pens and mini pharmacy I keep on hand without it feeling bulky. The bag also has a nice fabric that is easy to wipe if you spill something on it, I'm clumsy, lol. I had planned on using it for holidays only but I haven't switched back to my regular purse since I got it. The On the Run also has a good length to the strap, I am a size 18/20 and I can wear this around my waist with plenty of room but I prefer to wear crossbody so it's out of my way. Love this bag!!

I have worn my green on the run belt bag daily since I have received it. I’m a teacher and I can keep everything I need with me comfortably and within quick and easy reach. It’s a perfect teacher bag. I think I’d wear it outside the classroom too as it’s functional but pretty with the gold features.

This bag is the perfect size for everyday! The craftsmanship is great. The strap although it is adjustable is a little bit too long. This is my second Poppy & Peonies purchase and I am not disappointed! The shipping speed was very fast. I will be back again. P.S. I love the name "Poppy & Peonies"!

When you just need your essentials this is the perfect purse with the room you need for everyday use.

I was on the hunt for a crossbody/saddle bag for fall and landed on this one. I generally buy leather goods and usually prefer them over synthetics but I thought I’d give this one a try. I was very pleased with the construction and feel of the bag. The pockets and enclosures are well placed and functional. Well worth the money. Only down fall I’d say it the length of the strap is a bit too long even though it is adjustable. With current trends having smaller crossbody bags hitting above the waist I wanted to bring it up to my waistline and had to adjust it to the smallest hole leaving some excess strap coming awkwardly off the bag. Definitely not a deal breaker but something to consider for future production.
