Love it just wish it was a tad bigger

Hard to return, doesn’t fit, Buckle loose

Buckle is clunky and finicky to open and close. Strap doesn’t fit all sizes. Company doesn’t refund shipping or discounts so I lost $30 when trying to return a brand new bag. Very disappointed.
2 stars because it looks pretty.

Practical and functional

I really love the look of this bag. Its easy to adjust. My one concern is that the buckle has come undone twice on me and I have only had the bag about 2 weeks. Heres hoping that doesnt become an issue as this is my first time trying any Poppy & Peonies purses.

I want to love this bag SO much. But I feel like the strap is sewn in the wrong place and it’s SO front heavy. Even with nothing in it. It’s like it tips forward so if you’re not careful and a zipper is open everything will fall out! The bag itself is great. But something is weird about how it tips off the body.
