I wanted to love it, but the bag has some major flaws. The way it is packaged it has a crease that is tough to get out even with steam. The stitches are coming loose after only a few weeks and the zipper is awful. The zipper comes apart at the middle. I got a replacement for the first one and the second one does the same thing even when it is not completely full. The color is pretty and as long as you do not use it as a true work bag it should be fine.

Everything sorted and firmly in place without sacrificing function and its CUTE. And it’s lighter than many others but sturdy. My only regret is I didn’t get the green.

Bought one for my daughter too, as well as the tech accessory cases. Will be purchasing more moving forward as an American supporting Canada. Oh Canada! 🇨🇦

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this purse! It’s bigger than I normally carry but it fits everything I could ever need. The quality is great, the color is perfect and I have plenty of space inside for anything I could want or need!

Terrible customer care. Didn’t respond to the email even for over 7 working days excluding the weekends.

They don’t send proper documents to postal office, and it was held by customs and returned back to them.

And when I inquired about it, they just decided to be lazy and not investigate the reason for the delay. Straight up ignored/refuses to look in to the reason, told me to contact uk postal service, when it never even got to the uk postal service.

Then they refunded it, but excluding the shipping costs, like it was my fault it got returned. Like how can they charge me shipping for something that never came to. Left a couple of messages and emails and then they did eventually refund the £21.

Yes they charge premium shipping costs but use terrible shipping companies. Terrible customer care , international customers please avoid.

Honestly I was a customer who wanted the product, had they asked me what I wanted to do I would have asked them to resend it, but they didn’t even give me the option.

They have now stopped responding - but I’m yet to see the refund in my bank.

Arrived extremely damaged and unwearable , company did not offer any solution except a shipping label, but i am still of the hook for the original shipping costs ($15). Extremely neglegent company.

I am not super happy with it. Although, it is very pretty and I am sure its durable, it is very heavy and awkward to carry.

Was very disappointed. I purchased the bag right before your Black Friday sale (unfort) and it hadnt shipped before the sale started due to a postal strike in Canada. So a lady reached out to me asking for another address besides a PO Box #, so I gave her one (a friends business location I had to ask permission to do). As it was quite delayed at this point in getting shipped from when I purchased it, the sale was well underway at this point. I casually asked her if I could get credit for the sale price since it had not shipped yet amd I just barely missed the sale as is. Not only did I not receive the sale price, she didn’t even write me back to say yay or nay. Very disappointed in this-service and how I narrowly missed out on a $35 savings!!!! At least write me back at the very least and say no!

Love my new bag! I use it for work and fits my computer, and other essentials needed! Lots of pockets for business cards, pens, and headphones.

It would be nice to have metal dots underneath so the vegan leather does not sit directly on the floor and to had 2 inches to the key leash would make it PERFECT but it is already awesome.

My new go-to bag. I use it for work and love that it’s big enough for me to carry all my stuff including my laptop AND a giant iced coffee. Gave it 3 stars because when I received the tote it came in a thin plastic bag that had a cut in it, obviously from the postal service at some point and thankfully it was in a dust bag or else the bag itself probably would of been altered. When I opened the dust bag to get the tote out I was met with a very very STRONG chemical odor to the point it gave me a headache and I had to put it out in the garage to air out. Before I put it in the garage I looked it over and noticed it has a small black mark under the logo which is super annoying but I decided to suck it up because I need a work bag. Besides the odor being extremely strong and the black mark the bag is as advertised and will fit a 40oz Stanley.

This bag was just the right size. It was a little on the blush side of cream. I wish the website told how many liters the bag was for reference. I love that it’s a Canadian company!

Love this bag! It’s very chic and gets a lot of compliments. The down side is the front is not supported when I have my laptop on and overtime my bag has sagged so much that the front it creasing.

This is a really nice functional bag, I own three. I like that a gripper has been added to strap to keep it on your shoulder better. However in the future it would be nice to have the option of ordering with a longer strap so you can wear it as a crossbody, while walking long distances it still slips off the shoulder.

Like a lot my new bag with so much space: for my laptop, Keys, mobile, notebook, Stanley (30oz). And the shipping was so fast from Canada to México. And is waterproof.

I bought this bag specifically for my personal item when on flights. It was the perfect size and honestly held so much more than I imagined. Now I feel like I need another as an office bag.

Great size & I can fit so much stuff in here.

I like the bag but it is more matte in person than it looked online. I thought it had a subtle shine to it, but it doesn't.

The strap would not stay on my shoulder.

I'm so pleased with my Haul it All tote! The removable laptop sleeve is such a winning feature for me, as well as the water bottle holder! It's held up nicely so far and seems quite durable. It seems a tad smaller than advertised, but I wouldn't want to make it much heavier anyway. Very pleased overall!
