Nice bag, poor customer service

I liked the bag, but ultimately it didn’t fit what I was looking for so I attempted to return it. It cost almost as much to ship back to Canada as the bag cost, so I asked customer service for a US address or any other option and was met with rudeness. Really disappointing, I loved this company!

Nice little purse

The rambler is a nice size, but I struggle to fit both my poppy and peony wallet and phone in. A pocket in the back would make more sense and leave room inside for a Kleenex pack etc. otherwise, it is a pretty purse and looks quality.

Love it! This purse organizes a lot of things for such a small bag. Great pockets and love how you can open it up wide for access! It’s so cute too!
