I like it a lot although I am used to Lug bags and all their pockets. I feel like there should be a phone pocket on the outside of the bag. I haven't used it and I can't decide if I want to give it to my daughter for a baby bag. It isn't as roomy as I thought.

Christmas gift for my daughter. She “found” it and let me know she would love to own. She will! Arrived quickly with no problems.

Wow! This is the comfiest carry all ever. No more digging in my shoulder or fear of the strap giving up mid day. Could have benefited from an outer pocket for my bus pass and pocket change or keys for quick access. Otherwise its a keeper!

I bought this bag for games and concerts!!! I took this with me to Taylor Swift the Eras Tour in Toronto, security looked at my bag and I didn’t have to stop for them search it!! A great bag and fit all my stuff!!!
