It's a really nice well made purse, but pretty disappointed because most standard size wallets don't fit in it... kate spade, matt & Nat or any of those ones are just a 1/2" too big to fit in this and used my reward points to help out with this and it'll cost more to return or even exchange it now :(

Nice bag, poor customer service

I liked the bag, but ultimately it didn’t fit what I was looking for so I attempted to return it. It cost almost as much to ship back to Canada as the bag cost, so I asked customer service for a US address or any other option and was met with rudeness. Really disappointing, I loved this company!
