Absolutely love it! Great quality!
Metal name plate that is front and center (hard to hide) arrived very scratched. This gives the brand new bag a very abused/roughly handled appearance. The snap closure on the underside of the front flap is not functional. There is a subtle magnetic attraction between the two sides of the snap, but the flap sits askew with a gentle nudge. Contacted client support and supplied them with a photo of damage and description of snap failure. I asked them whether these 2 flaws were common (I did not want a replacement bag if it had similar issues). The response I received was an offer to replace the bag or receive a 25% discount. They did not answer my questions and did not offer full refund/store credit (which the 90 day guarantee suggests is an option). It's frustrating that I was sent a canned response that did not address my questions and was written in a way that encourages customers to settle for a 25% discount. I've resubmitted my questions.
Absolutely LOVE this bag!! I was hesitant about buying a bag online, but no regrets at all! Love the pink lining, makes things easy to find.
