Bag is great, customer service is not

I really love my backpack, unfortunately it arrived with a hole in the leather on the very front. I immediately contacted customer service, and it’s been over two weeks with no response. Hopefully I hear from them soon after the holidays, and if I do I’ll update this review.

I was debating getting this bag for so long! I looked at countless leather backpacks and none compared to the elegant look or perfect size of the one that Poppy & Peonies has available. I am a law school student and it is the perfect backpack for stylish but functional and carries all my stuff without any issues. I have been using it for a few weeks now and am so happy I made this purchase!

This bag would be perfect if it were 2" deeper from front to back.
As it is, there isn't enough room to have a pair of shoes, lunch, and a light jacket in the backpack. These are essential to battle the frigid temperatures at the office in the summers.
Even if you designed a shoe bag and/or a lunch bag that could be attached using a carabiner, that would make it more useful.

I really like my bag

I really like my bag, very stylish for work. The best part - loads of pockets. It does not fit as much as I thought it would. Once I placed items in the mesh pocket, then the inside was only able to fit my 7x9 notebook. I opted to use the padded computer section for my iPad Air. It's a good bag, but it has limitations.
