I'm glad I bought this on sale. While it's a great bag, I wouldn't pay full price (sorry!).
I absolutely love the berry colour and am glad it's in nylon, because it gets wickedly heavy once I load it up. I don't love the plastic hardware because it's more likely to break (ie shoulder strap).
I also don't love the internal laptop sleeve, it makes the pockets on that side hard to access. I just took it out completely (only held by 1 snap on each side, which makes a large cup also difficult to insert if your laptop is in it) and put my laptop into the side zipper pocket. The snap pocket doesn't stay closed if it's too full but it's good for paperwork (no folding or crumpling to plain paper). It also holds my document sleeve without issue).
I find the side organizers a bit awkward, the mesh catches on my keys (that's the side of the leash) and none of the pockets are deep enough to clip a pen vertically. The two lipstick holders? Yep, that's all that fits. They're short and the strange gap in the bottom corner isn't large enough for a pen or larger tube to poke through. I ended up buying a tech case because things like my mouse didn't have a home that it wouldn't fall out of. I also haven't found a good location for my glasses in the case. I'd prefer to store them vertically but the organizer pockets are too short.
All that criticism aside, it does hold everything, including my lunch bag, 2 drinks, laptop, peripherals, sweater, and still zips! Just remember, she gets heavy! I might replace the stock shoulder strap with something wider and with metal clips.
