Great concept, poor execution

Typically, I support local businesses. Your marketing campaign is excellent and was one of the main reasons for ordering this bag. The bag had all the wish list items and so, despite the backlog, I placed my name on the wait list and in time, when it became available, I successfully ordered it. The item was delivered in great packaging, complete with its own dust bag….it was off to a great start. Then, the great disappointment. The bag was of poor quality, the vegan leather stank of toxicity, loose threads in the liner (not so much a big issue as I could cut them off) but the uneven sides stitched (that holds the strap)….absolutely not! I looked at others’ reviews whereby some had commented on the same issues. In summary, I just wanted to return it. So if the marketing was great, the concept was good, why was it so bad? In short, your quality control. Fundamentally that is what let you down. So much so, that Customer Service (as outlined in others’ feedback) offered the standard 15% off and their kind suggestion to cut loose threads. I was reimbursed and so, based on my email and feedback I’m slightly confused as to why you’d ask me formally to leave any feedback.

Disappointed

I was very happy that Poppy and peonies replaced by 24/7 Crossbody bag in cognac that was gifted to me. First the replacement came in black. I returned the black and didn't receive confirmation of you receiving it. I finally received by 24/7 Crossbody bag in cognac. I have bought several bags myself so I know how a new bag is packaged. I sent pictures of the bag I received and explained why it wasn't a new bag. The response I received was that they would give me a 10% discount. So insulting and I told them the bag in question was a gift. I returned the defected bag and again received no confirmation of the bag being received. I am quite disappointed in the customer service.
