Nice but not top quality

Good compartment space but I’ve already had issues with the zipper and one of the tabs fell off. I’ve had it less than one month

very stylish, padded straps feel comfortable, plenty of pockets.
after a month of usage, there was a loose thread on the back of the bag - was able to exchange it with very little hassles.

Best laptop and diaper bag too!

I love the cognac colour and how smooth and soft the vegan leather is. It fits my laptop/accessories, lunch, coffee travel mug, water bottle, wallet, phone, keys all so easily plus some cosmetics. Lots of pockets and compartments. The exterior has a couple of areas for easy access to things like your phone. It also doubles very nicely for a diaper bag! I also love that the backpack straps are soft on the shoulders and I can also wear as a bag versus backpack. This was exactly what I was looking for - a beautiful looking laptop / work bag for my daily commute. And I can also use on the weekend. I was worried it would be too big from the photos but it’s actually the perfect size on me without overwhelming me and fits everything without being too heavy once everything was loaded. I love that this is a Canadian company, and founded by a Métis woman. Only thing I am disappointed was that I started getting 15% off your first purchase offers AFTER I made this purchase. Otherwise great buy!

Shipping was great, I like the dust bag it came in and eco shipping bag.

I think the functionality will be great for my planned travel. I wanted easy access pockets for my electronics as this will be my personal item on a flight. My kindle will slide into the front pocket, the one without a zipper. My phone will be secure in either the front or back zipper pocket. My tumbler will be secure inside and easy to retrieve.

I do have a 16.5 inch laptop that fits but not well. Its very tall but the bag will zip closed, so it will work.
