I have bought the Commuter Backpack in March 2023. Not even a year of use (on top of that I use it only twice a week!) the zipper has splitted twice and unfortunatly Poppy and Peonies can't do anything because it's been more than 90 days. I've never paid that much for a bag and honeslty the quality is very poor. Very disappointed about the quality as my 'cheaper' bags are all of better quality.

Have had it a little over a week. Using the Commuter as my every today bag carrying my laptop home and back the office daily. Love the compartments and storage pockets for everything. Easily carries my 15” laptop and travel monitor plus all my paperwork that follows me home everyday.
The blush pink colour I think gives that pop of femininity while I’m actually being a Boss **** on the day to day.
