Amazing Purchase! Must have for any new Mum

I bought this as a gift and she absolutely loved it. There's so much space to fit everything in! It's very sturdy and honestly if you take out the change mat and baby bottle bag that's included in the bag, it makes an amazing backpack for work so the uses are endless!!!

Not loving

I have mixed feelings about this bag every day. I want to love it but just am not. My main issue is the straps. They are wildly uncomfortable and whether it’s the straps themselves or my body it sits crooked on me and it’s not easily adjustable with the design.

Overall I wish I didn’t spend the money on the bag and stuck with my target bag. It was much more comfortable, and a lot cheaper. I would not recommend to a friend or family member after having it for a few months.

Beautiful bag. Just a couple things keep it from being 5 stars. The interior drink pockets take up a lot of room inside the bag. With two pockets on the outside and two inside, there are a lot of drink pockets. The zippers are “sticky” sometimes. Love the pockets in the lid!

Perfect backpack even if you don’t have a kid

I personally ordered this backpack to use for school/work because of all the pockets and the wide opening and I absolutely adore it. It fits so much and the shoulder straps are nicely patted which makes carrying it around a breeze. I also love the insulation in the side bottle holders and the separate bottle thermos bag that keeps my food/drink cool or hot and makes it extra leak proof just in case. The bag easily fits my 15 inch MacBook Air and has plenty of room left for all other essentials. I got it in grey and I absolutely love the combination with the pink interior and feel like the bag has a very professional look and design so I feel confident taking it into work but I would also use it when traveling because it fits so much and is comfortable to walk with!

Unfortunately my bag arrived with a small defect in the front zipper pocket where on the inside one of the pockets had come loose on one side. I immediately contacted customer support and got a gift card for the full amount because they at the time were unable to send me a replacement because of the postal strikes. This service exceeded my expectations and I want to thank you all so much for the swift action. I managed to kind of fix the pocket with my super basic sowing skills so I still can fully use the bag and just know to be careful with that one pocket. So just again thank you and I love my bag 🩷

It was a gift to my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Hasn’t used it yet, but is packing it for when baby comes. Due date August. I wanted to get blush, but figured grey was best if husband is carrying it. It does have a blush interior.
Well designed, and has pockets for all the baby needs. Love it!! 🥰
