I really love my backpack, unfortunately it arrived with a hole in the leather on the very front. I immediately contacted customer service, and it’s been over two weeks with no response. Hopefully I hear from them soon after the holidays, and if I do I’ll update this review.
I was debating getting this bag for so long! I looked at countless leather backpacks and none compared to the elegant look or perfect size of the one that Poppy & Peonies has available. I am a law school student and it is the perfect backpack for stylish but functional and carries all my stuff without any issues. I have been using it for a few weeks now and am so happy I made this purchase!

I purchased a commuter backpack and when it arrived, there was a sewing issue. One of the pockets had been sewn partially closed so I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement for free! I didn’t even have to send in the original backpack, I just donated it as they asked me to in the email. The bag is such nice quality and I like how many different pocket options there are. The hardware is very nice and the zippers glide easily. I’ve never had a zipper catch and I’ve been using this bag for over a month now! Really great product and I can’t wait to use it at the airport on a work trip or on a personal trip!
This bag fits SOO much. I went from carrying a purse, a laptop bag, and a lunch bag to only carrying this bag for work. Sure, it gets heavy when I have my laptop, charger, water bottle, and lunch in my bag but it is made so well that I know it will not fall apart. I cannot recommend this bag enough!
