Not pleased

I have still not received my commuter bag that was a gift for my daughter. I paid full price and it is still somewhere out there . It cost me 179 with taxes and now I see the same bag in a different colour is on for 99 before taxes. I have tried to reach out with this company and have had not luck . The postal strike started after I placed my order and now they are using a different courier due to this . I really wish that you would of took the strike into consideration when you were getting ready to send my bag. If I had of known it would of been sent through Canada Post I would never of ordered the item to begin with. This whole experience has left me very unpleased especially when I have tried every avenue to reach someone with no help whatsoever but I receive this email wanting to know how I like my commuter bag but no response to my emails on my issue with delivery.

I was looking for a good bag for work that would have room for all of my items as well something that was stylish and I didn’t feel like I needed to carry and additional purse if I was out running errands after work. I absolutely love my bag! I can carry it like a backpack or on my shoulder and the extra padding on the straps keeps my arms from hurting. I will look into other bags that will fit into what I need.
